Tonight I am checking in with a workout called, *ahem* "Slide & Glide." It is a gliding disc workout. It was a lot of fun until it got to a point where there were way too many mountain climbers, burpees into push ups, and dragging one's body across the floor into staggered push ups. No, that was not fun. It was balls, actually. But, it's done, they're good for me and I can say I got my workout in.
Plus, my heart rate monitor worked today--doubleplus good!
