Brrrr...Saturday night....It's freezing here in Scotland....:grumpy:...Get me back to Andalushia .....Ok all you keep fit people...I've had awesome food from Seafood Paella to Mussels in a picante salsa sauce...It was the San Miguel beer at 5.4% proof that was the killer...;)

Well it's Sunday and our clocks went back 1 hour today...It's raining..it's cold...It's winter...And I stood on my scales to find out I've put on half a stone...:eek:...That's what I get for 10 nights of eating 3 course meals and drinking too much beer..:(..So I've started my new diet...It's based on a Mediterranean one from Spain...Got to get ready for my next vacation....Disney here I come..2015..So I hope everyone out there is feeling fit and healthy...;)

Two weddings done.sitting at Jersey airport trying to beat a hurricane home :O
Safe flying young man....We hit turbulence over the English Channel,but I'am convinced the pilot looks at the passenger list and says.." I see Mr Hatter is in Row 13 and is about to pour his brandy miniature." Then he hits the turbulence button mode,as every time I get my drink served,the plane starts to shake..:mad:

Good Monday morning, hoping today finds you well and happy. BUSY weekend up my way, but I did manage to get quite a bit of cooking so it will just be mostly reheating this week for dinner. That being said I still have to cook more beans and some chicken legs today. All those poor chickens without legs.:eek: Anyway for the next 8 weeks 4 days a week I'll be doing EA Sports Active set to the 9 week program. This morning's workout was fun but seeing it's going to warm a bit I'm going for a walk later and a short yoga practice this afternoon. I've done EA A before and really liked it Because it has a heart monitor as part of the program. Decaf coffee for now still deciding between a tofu scramble and leftover collards with garbanzoso_O Escarole and squash salad for lunch and veggie burger with L&T for dinner. Apple crumb for desert and some hot cocoa after my walk. It's the start of new week so let's make the most of it.

Morning LUVS! I have missed you all!
Glad to hear you all doing well! Life is good here on the Island of Staten! :joyfull: Both jobs have been keeping me super busy, I am blessed to have such a wonderful hubby. Since he is retired and now works from home, the most time consuming chore in the house is his...laundry! :p I have been eating well and practicing often. I have incorporated kickboxing into my schedule twice a week and wow do I feed a difference!

This weekend I made some homemade masala burgers and a big vat of butternut squash soup. Tonight I am firing up a crock of pumpkin soup.

We have about 30 days until our FIRST ever Disney Cruise, life is good!
