Busy weekend for the Ferrets coming up.Friday we have a wedding with DW as a Maid of honour (all i have to do is look pretty)
.Then Saturday i may have a last minute.com trip to Jersey as my ill friend has just announced he is getting married on Saturday

Good morning, life is good 3 miles and JM's No more trouble zones done. Decaf coffee with veggie powder and some green tea so far. Apple and almond butter in a bit, a nice chopped veggie salad with blueberry dressing and veggie curry for dinner. It's going to be another busy day in my kitchen as I'm making salmon cakes and pea soup for my boys. How they eat so much and never get fat I'll never figure out. It's freezing here 32 this am so I'll take a few short walks later. I hope all of you have a magical day and keep moving forward.

Saturday 7:30 am for wife to start work .. 10:30 flight for me for a 4 pm wedding do in Jersey returning 10:30 on sunday ...

Safe travels...looking good is a responsibility it seems we are both burdened with! So is your friend doing well, as I hope the wedding implies or is it a bucket list thing? Prayers for them either way.

Busy day. Have to get my oil changed, pick up cat food, workout, and walk.
Eating my new granola I made yesterday with unsweetened almond milk. It is mostly nuts, oats, and dried cherries. Yum-o! Lunch is packed -mixed greens with cherry toms, sliced egg, diced grilled chicken leftover from dinner, dried cherries, and dressing -a little light sour cream, water, and white wine vinegar. Dinner is turkey burgers

.. Fridays wedding is our Tattoo artist . Saturdays may well be a "before its's too late" thing Doctors said maybe not xmas but he is having none of that . "The force is strong in him"

Yes, quite cool here...freeze warning for tonight and tomorrow night and we have some friends from Florida camping in Hiawassee. Let's just say it is a bit cooler up there than when they left home a couple of weeks ago. Gonna be in the mountains until not this Saturday, but next. Luckily they have a smaller, but nice motorhome, pulling a car, so they are not exactly roughing it.Morning all! It is a bit chilly this morning! @epcotisbest is it cool in the Georgia mtns today? Gotta go disconnect the hoses from the outdoor faucets before the freeze. Brought in all the outdoor plants over the weekend and last night. It looks like a jungle in here and have already found several ladybugs and spiders that came in on the plants.

How's the walking going?
A good frosty morning to all of my friends here. @real mad hatter is going to get it when he gets back. How dare he go off to sunny Spain and leave us here to freeze, hope he's having the time of his life. Now that I've got that bit of evil out of me, 5 miles done but I'm not sure how much outside time I'm going to try and do today. Thinking about trying something called surf yoga or some yoga for my root chakra later. I'm making a broccoli slaw waldorf salad for breakfast tofu instead of mayo in the dressing, just a "boring" salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and beans for lunch with homemade Italian dressing. dinner will be veggies with an orange glaze, I think I cornered the market on oranges and apples, LOL Popcorn for movie night, the boys must want something as they said we should watch Tangled. Stay warm and keep moving forward.

Next up will be June for the two of us She is booked in with the shop owner to get a portrait of her Gran and i am booked in on the same day to start on my chest ( my first non-Disney tattoo
