Wow! At least we haven't got that cool yet!It's really starting to warm up here! It's over 60 so I'm going back for another stroll around my lake sans heavy sweater and gloves!

Good morning!! Everyone on here keeps me smiling!
Happy anniversary @real mad hatter! Hope tomorrow is wonderful for you two!!
Glad school went well Figgy! Don't you live when school starts back?! Don't get me wrong, I loved having my DD here in the summer, but I do like my free time!
Today is foggy! I can't see across the road it is so thick.
@figmentfan423 our fall weather is coming this weekend! High 72 and low 52!!
Breakfast is granola and yogurt. Lunch is turkey sandwich and veggies with hummus. Dinner is pasta with pesto and salad.
Workouts are my 4 mile walk and PT this morning and at-home exercises for my shoulder, which is probably 95% better now!
Everyone get to movin', movin' and have a magical day!!

Last time I done exercises like that was when I came out a bar in Glasgow..Blootered ( drunk ) out my head,and was trying to flag down a Cab ( Taxi ).. LOL..

...I did go out on a blind date once,when I was a teenager ( That wasn't yesterday ) And I kept telling this girl all these jokes..She ended up in hysterics and excused me to go to the ladies room..It was only then that I noticed that her white trouser suit was soaking wet....She must have laughed so hard that her tears ran down her legs.....
