Well Good Morning All..It's been heavy rain during the night..The temp has indeed dropped..summer has gone..Theres even been a freak snow storm in a village called Falmouth ( I've had a holiday there ) down in Cornwall,England..Not far from Mr Ferrets Island..And as I look out my window,across the loch,it looks like a scene from " Harry Potter "..So Mrs Hatter is off with friends to a big town to play her favourite pastime." Bingo" and I'am on my walk later myself with my new Pedometer ( arrived yesterday.digital one ) Yes I bought one for Mrs H also...So to everyone out there..Keep on moving..Keep on dancing.." Dem bones dem bones gonna rock around,now hear the song of The Lord" 
Good morning. I can't wait until Monday when life gets back to normal. The boys are ready for school. The clothes are pressed and laid out. Sneakers all laced up and ready to go and fresh haircuts. At least they'll look good going out the door. LOL One last day of errand running for me. So I did 5 indoor miles and I hope to be out and back by 11am today. Then the cooking begins. James has a few allergies so it's safer for me to just pack his food for school. I cook a few main dishes and vac seal and freeze them as that will makes my life easier. That way it's just heat and pack in the morning add a snack and fresh juice and away he goes. I love my boys but after the extended summer vacation and too much rain and their loud friends. It's time for school!!!!!!!!!! Come Monday morning I'll be the person in the middle of the street with a bottle of champagne dancing away. Only kidding, after the bus leaves I'll be doing my usual walk. Oh well the dream was fun while it lasted. I think I'll need a cleansing smoothie this am to help reduce stress, a salad when I get back some stir fried veggies with black beans for dinner and popcorn as we're doing movie night tonight. I hope all of you have a magical weekend and keep moving forward! xoxo

I think I'm going to miss summer as it's my favorite season, but I'm looking forward to the holidays with reckless abandon. Glad to hear you are all MAD! Makes a girl happy! What a day! I was up early for a double header 6:45 AND 8:30 class. I taught a 10 am and then hurried home to shower and was out the door to pick up my niece for her BDAY outing! She wanted a formal tea!!! Mom and I took her for tea at a wonderful spot in Jersey! Broke all rules today and had a scone! My niece said it wouldn't be tea, if I did not eat the scone. The guilt of a child! Yummy but, I had a belly ached after. We shopped till we dropped and I bought her a few things for our Disney Cruise in November. It was out to dinner with the rest of the family where I had pasta primavera without the pasta...lol! Life is good! Blessed all around!
Just a quick hi! My usual 5 indoor miles today. One last busy day before the start of school. I've already got the beef stew on, baked apples in the oven and later I'm making chicken with root veggies for the boys' supper. Extra large tray so I can vac and freeze some for lunches. I can't wait until tomorrow!!! Lots of laundry left to do. Hope your weekend is less hectic than mine! And if you get a chance get out and enjoy! xoxo

Raining cats & dogs this morning...Have a loin of pork with crushed peppercorns slow cooking for dinner..Anyway since its yucky weather..Time to get the suitcases out and summer gear looked out...36 days till we fly off to Andalusia...82*...Tapas & Sangria...Just 12 nights away but it's better than nothing...Just hope the Euro doesn't crash..

Wet and miserable today (and the weather is pants also).DW has a zumba class tonight (twice a week now) and i am just pshycing myself up for another go in the chair of pain on friday ,so stuck at work . Still we are closer to our next Disney holiday so not all bad

Good Morning Sunshines!
Life is good! I am one tired Yogi! Yesterday after 2 classes I had 38 Yogi's at my house for Sanga Sunday. It was pasta and wine! I had your age old baked ziti, gluten free spagetti with escarole and white beans, Carbonara with spagetti and macs with broccoli rabe and sundried tomato. Thankfully everything came delish and the wine is always good...lol.
Today it's back to business! Raw day to detox the body. This morning was a berry medely and lunch will be much of the same with an add in of avocado. Dinner will be a veggie mix with a splash of balsamic for flavor! Happy Days my friends!

Good frigid morning! It's cold up here!!!!!!!!!! But the temp is up 11 degrees so far! Boys are back at school, so after the bus left I bundled up and did 2 1/2 miles in a little over 30 minutes. I moved faster so I'd warm back up! I did a biggest loser workout this morning to try and get warm, it worked for a while but after the cool down I had to put on the heat to take the edge off. Funny thing is summer temps are coming back tomorrow for a short while. Guess I'll be trading this morning's gloves for flip flops and shorts. Having my am ginger tea and I'm going to have a salad with beans and warm dressing soon. Stir fry for lunch and my boy's favorite meatless Monday supper. Stuffed Peppers. No way I'm going raw anything today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way too cold. Flannel jammies last night LOL I hope you all have a great day and keep moving forward! xoxo
