Cheer up! That's an order! LOL You're down 10 or 15 pounds from your highest weight so have a smoothie (no sugar just fruits and veggies ) and try to smile just a bit. xoxo
Your positive attitude makes me smile. I am just a crabby old fart sometimes. I don't talk a lot about it but live in a lot of pain after multiple back surgeries and some times I just don't cope with the pain very well.

Thank you! xoxo Just wait until winter sets in and all of you will be hearing about my very expensive knees, I think they were done more than most football players.:eek: It seems as the weight has come off the pain has subsided quite a bit as last winter was very bad up here and they weren't as bad as in years past. Building up supporting muscle to support the injured area also seems to have helped. Things will get better take it from somebody who has been there.
