:happy::happy::happy::happy::happy::happy:I'm in a really happy mood today. I got on the scale this am and I'm down 7 1/2 pounds since my return from Disney:happy::happy::happy::happy: It's a weight I haven't seen since the 80s. I was feeling almost happy with where I was at, being my age and all, I thought it was just a plateau , my weight not budging for quite a while. But after doing the eating cleanse and eliminating gluten, things are much better. While I'm celebrating, I just got into a size I haven't seen since the eighties either. That was a fun decade, but no way am I getting a mullet to celebrate, unless @real mad hatter cuts his ponytail! :D:eek::oops: LOL
Way to go!!!!!

How does one answer this question.:inlove:..Ok..Nope to the cutting of my beloved ponytail ( Look what happened to Samson ) So this size you got into is 80...80 what??......Oh! The 1980's..OMG..:p..In the 80's I was slim..tall.& .handsome..A bit like Flynn Ryder..Then came the 90's....Phew..Going was my shiny flaxen blond locks,my 6 pack was starting to look like a beer keg..Then came the 2000 years...Ahhhh!:jawdrop:...At least Mrs Hatter says I still got a cute butt..Always knew I'd turn out to be a bum....

Good morning, no correct that it's a marvelous morning! It's nice and warm and best of all the temps here are going to about 90! YEA! Today was a yoga morning, Mantra yoga 3 it's supposed to help you fight off disease and my dh had a sore throat last night better safe than sorry LOl I also did Shiva Rea's Yogini. I just love starting my day reeling both relaxed and energized at the same time. Today I'll be drinking lots of "lemonade" and taking an extra vitamin C and zinc. Like I said better safe than sorry. Today instead of listing what I'm eating I'll tell you what I've just read. It's called the Engine 2 Diet by Rip Esselstyn. The narrative was much better than the recipes. It was a very good book not boring in the least and it had many great tips on how to eat healthier. Many of the recipes are Tex-Mex so if you like that you might just want to try a few. Have a great day and get up and get out and move. xoxo
