Hello everyone.

I am back. Even though I brought my DVDs, yoga never happened. I was sick with a sore throat and fever the first two days. I had to cancel my BoG reservation on Friday night, I felt so ill. They waived the cancellation fee, since I was ill. I was really looking forward to it, too. Speaking of illness, when did it become socially acceptable to cough and sneeze in public without covering one's mouth? I saw this all weekend. I am talking about adults and children who should know better. I was in a monorail car with a woman who was talking about how she and her family had a stomach virus the day before and she was coughing without covering her mouth in the monorail. I asked her to please cover her mouth and she looked at me as if I was the person lacking in manners. But other than that glitch, we had fun, even though it was verrrrry cold.

Today, I have 72 sun salutations on tap. I hope everyone has a great day.

@LuLaSue it's good to see you here! I love your yoga input! :)

I'll bbl.
So glad you are back and I hope you are feeling better. Some of us here had something also! It must me one of those things that goes around this time of year! Just the fact that you had your dvds is a lot more than most pople do and I know you'll be back on track in no time!:) When your feeling up to it I hope you'll post a tr.

So sorry to hear you were sick on vacation, @Sans Souci, there must be something in the air here, as I'm feeling a bit congested.

Anyway, while hubby was still sleeping, 30 minutes of Fat Blasting Ab Attack this morning, while enjoying the fresh air coming thru my Wilderness Lodge balcony door!

@Sans Souci , I am hoping you are feeling better! Nothing worse than feeling lousy on your vacation. I see a lot of coughing without covering these days, I see it on the express bus all the time… terrible really.

I decided to go for a walk at lunch (yes 10:30 is lunch when you are in at 6). I clocked in at 4 miles. Thanks Figgy for motivating me! xoxo

To all my sickie WDW Family, remember, if the body is run down don't run it into the ground by exercising. Take time for your body to rest and restore itself. If you continue your workout regimen you will only prolong what ills you.

Figgy and LulaSue, I need some of that pixie dust thrown my way!! Somehow, don't know when, I pulled something in my shoulder. Had a very restless night with pain. Hoping it is just temporary and a strained muscle. It is my right side so I can't do a lot like brush teeth and such. I hate getting old!! Sorry just needed a pity party for a minute. At least I can get my walk in.

Hope you feel better sending you pixie dust as we speak! Just walk until you feel better! It is important to keep moving but don't move what hurts!!!!!! If you don't feel better in a few days please go see a real doctor NOT Dr. Hatter as he will only prescribe a lot of drinks! (not a bad idea) Just be careful I will lift a few extra weights tomorrow because you can't! LOL xoxoxo

Any time you deserve it! Just be careful. This has more like an er thread than an exercise thread lately with everyone either sick or injured:eek: I hope you are all better soon!

Boomer, I agree with Figgy....walk until you feel better. Keep that body in motion but take it slow. Try some wet heat to loosen up those muscles.

Vent away, clear out that bad energy and let the good stuff flow in.

Good morning hope everybody is feeling a little better today! Today was my H.I.I.T day! Ripped in 30 weeks 1, 2 and 3. Dripping buckets of sweat and feeling pretty good! @93boomer with all I did this am you don't need to lift a thing so for today just be careful and walk! You don't want to rush back too fast and do anything to make your shoulder worse! I'm going to try to get out and walk maybe a mile or so before the snow, but it will depend on how fast that C^%P moves in! Yes I've had enough of winter I want to start walking outside on a regular basis! So pixie dust to all and may spring come soon for all of us!:)

Holy Cow! Both @93boomer and I don't have to lift anything for a month! LOL..

I started the morning off with 15 minutes of meditaion and 45 minutes of vinyassa flow. My intention is to walk at lunch provided precipitation holds off. Tonight I teach 2 classes and then home to a 25 minute power flow.

Life is good. Be beautiful people, be yourself! xoxo

It's chilly down here in WDW this morning! It's easy to tell who's here from the northeast, as we are the ones who don't need to be bundled up when the temps are in the low 60s!!

Two "Quick Fix Total Body" workouts for me this morning. It's great to start the day with some movement!
