@HouCuseChickie I don't know if you have an Aldi nearby but they have GF oats. I cornered the market this morning They also have sugar free almond milk at a rather good price
Don't be mad but in my Aldi it was by the special buy section. I'm hoping it becomes permanentWe do have an Aldi, and it's only about 5 minutes away. I'll have to pop in and check it out, because the GF oats at the regular market are pretty pricey. Thanks!!!
If you say so. I usually wait 36 hours after returning home Looking for a boulder to hide under, but I get itI thought I could resume workouts two days after returning from WDW.
Let's all laugh at that together.

{{HUGS}} from a nice safe distance GWS xoxoI have a cold on top of returning home at 2 am yesterday. I thought a day would be fine. That was a nope.
Sunday I was dragging myself around. I almost would have preferred being by the pool instead of in the parks.
Same here bread, bagels, wraps, pasta(which the boys love quinoa brown rice), baking mixes, crackers and such but scattered through the store are usually several other items. Most of their lunch meat is something you'd think you wouldn't have to watch but do Their stevia is but mustard isn't salad dressing have to be checked the hummus is good but I usually make my own same with salsa but again each variety should be checked Their orange juice is certified as not every brand is. Again check every label for gf/df just to be safe. Good luckMine has a little GF section, but it seems to be more about baking kits. I'll have to check to see if mine has added in anything else.
Update: I felt worse on Wednesday. I woke up this morning and was like, okay, time to go to the doctor. I went to the doctor, and they sent me along with three prescriptions. Including an antibiotic and orders to stay on my nebulizer. Apparently I was actually wheezing, which is unusual for me. Usually I just get tight and not a lot of air moves. Not this time.I have a cold on top of returning home at 2 am yesterday. I thought a day would be fine. That was a nope.

Ugh.
Thanks. My mom had it when we were in WDW, so she came back and went to the doctor the day after. I just had the cough and some head congestion in WDW. It didn't stop me from walking to DHS early to get RotR boarding groups or staying until closing. I think getting on the plane back just shoved everything up in my head and gave the infection a chance to brew. There is some nasty crud floating around out there. Hope the meds help and you're feeling better soon.
