I need heat! LOL Ok enough moaning and groaning. I'll just have to bundle up and walk as soon as the sun is up. Lots of leftovers here so I'll have time to get in 2- 2 1/2 mile walks today. Sticking with a berry, kale smoothie for breakfast. salad with a lemon chia seed dressing for lunch (trying to come up with something different wish me luck) left over mixed steamed veggies with a cashew sauce for dinner and either peach or pineapple "ice cream" for desert (frozen fruit, almond mild and a bit of stevia) So here's me lifting my gingered green tea to a good week for all. xoxoxo
