Good morning as I said Busy, Busy, Busy. My dh ran the smoker and I made a ton of sides Sunday so I won't have to cook until tonight:banghead: I've been switching between Figtmaster, Adrienne and Jillian and walking every chance I get which isn't as much as I've wanted. One of our farm markets opened Saturday so I have a ton give or few of greens for his week. Hoping all of you are well.

He wasn't really that bad afterwards. He just makes me anxious when I am next to him on a game. He whoops and hollers. Fair enough, he enjoys it. His dad used to take him to see this team when he was a boy and my husband was in a human crush at a football match as a teen that killed 96 people. He said he was stepping on people and he couldn't help it. So, he has a strong emotional bond to this team.

But I guess the goaltender who messed up is getting death threats today. It's a freaking GAME, nobody died. People are unreal sometimes.
Aww. Well still a reasonably normal reaction then, relatively speaking.

Those of us familiar with European culture immediately recognise that as the scousers in the Big Cup final, so we are sympathetic. Their once a generation opportunity for them to win it, lost to both infuriating injustice and heartbreaking mistakes.

My heart was racing even more than during my intense lower body yoga of last week!

Inside walking probably all week. We are east of Alberto so heavy rain here. We have had over 1.25 inches since midnight on top of the saturated ground we have had the past two weeks. Some flooding has already begun. 😟

I know what you mean! Here, the team who lost the championship in soccer, making them 2nd place, were greeted by "fans" who stormed the bus. Like....how can you call yourself FANS when THAT is how you behave??

I hate the end of the school year! At least when I can breathe I'm outside. Today was a good day 2 practices and lots of sun. So far a few green smoothies and a large salad for dinner:joyfull:

Morning view. I love watching the cargo ships go by.

Nice view. Reminds me of years ago when I lived in a different city (and a different bus route into Boston). Anyway, the bus went by an inner harbor channel that the huge tankers would sail into. It was fun to see all the different markings on the ships, for countries that would sail here (a nice diversion to look out the window and see that on the way into work back then). Man, those ships were HUGE! :) (I've read that 22 billion gallons of petroleum products come through Boston harbor each year.)

Yeah, some of the cargo ships coming in and out of Savannah are huge. Some are sleek and modern looking and others hardly look seaworthy and look like big ole rust buckets, but still fun to watch.
We flew into Boston a few years ago on the way to the Trapp Family Lodge in Vermont. The whole harbor area there looked beautiful. Wish we had taken the time to explore there, but we just got a rental car at the airport and headed straight to Vermont.

Nice. I've stayed at the Trapp Lodge as well, but probably 20 years ago. They have beautiful cross-country ski trails and that's why I went there for a getaway weekend. :cat:

I lived about 25 miles away from the Trapp Lodge for over 50 years and think I remember driving by it one time. I did meet Maria though. Suffice it to say... she wasn't anything like Julie Andrews. What a grouch.

Yah, that was an opinion shared by many, from what I heard. Anyway, the lodge itself (both pre and post fire that happened back in 1980), was gorgeous. They had a lower lodge across the street as well, and years later built some additional guest houses (timeshares). Wasn't a fan of the additional building on the property, but whatever. There was still plenty of beautiful mountain views around.
