Hello-

I'm still following my yoga rotation and walking as the weather permits. I started doing a 15-20 minute guided meditation in the evening. I am going to my MIL's house at the end of the month and I found a yoga streaming site that has a 30 minute yoga program. The yoga I am currently doing is on DVD, plus it's 60-70 minutes a day. I don't want to tie up my MIL's tv/living room for so long every day. I can just do 30 mins of yoga in the bedroom and that solves the problem. :)

I live across the street from a convent and last night I saw 2 nuns roller skating up and down the long driveway. I called them "holy rollers." They looked like they were having fun and I think they were novitiates, since their habits were white and the rest of the order wears blue. *cue the jokes about cheap German wine* :p

Glad to know I am not the only one who repairs grills. A couple of years ago I rebuilt an old Weber gasser, which basically just needed cleaning up good and replacing the burner tubes, electronic starter and the "flavorizer bars."
Now, I did go ahead and replace the cooking grates with some heavy duty cast iron grates that were kinda costly, but I keep them seasoned and there is no rust and should last a lifetime. I like to have a gasser for when I just want to toss something on and cook quick, but I much prefer the kamado with lump charcoal, but that takes awhile.
Now, I am not going to even discuss the Weber Genesis II that I bought last year, assembled and have not even used it yet. Never even hooked a propane tank to it to try it out. Maybe this summer. Hey, what can I say, it was on sale.
Does taking an old grill apart and disposing it then using the table for a gardening table count?? We did that to a very old charcoal grill. We replaced the middle where the grill sat with more wooden slats for a shelf. It sits under the deck so I use it to repot plants. 😜

Add my dh to the build and repair club. Something this year needed new grates

The people we bought our house from left a Weber propane grill here. It was mostly in decent condition. My husband cleaned it up, got some "flavorizer bars" and it is good as new. Can't complain about the cost!
We were left 2 really nice bikes and a small row boat:joyfull: The bikes we actually use one of which is a nice men's one my younger ds loves:inlove::inlove::inlove: The previous owner also left a few good bottles of wine.:joyfull: We got the house from a couple that retired down south and were downsizing so we got to keep everything that didn't sell at the yard sale:inlove:

Oh, the previous owners left us stuff, too. They left broken statues, flower planters and tons of broken bricks. We had to rent a dumpster, there was so much stuff. They asked us if we wanted their wine chiller and we said OK. They cut the plug off it. I think they were bent out of shape because we didn't offer them what they asked for in the sale. They could have said no and held firm. I think this is why they left behind so much junk. Meanwhile, they haven't taken the name of their photography business from our address on Google. I asked politely so many times to remove it and I asked Google, too. It's been nearly two years since we moved in.

Today I did a Yin yoga practice. It's basically holding deep stretches for 3-5 minutes. Honestly, I think it's boring, but it's good for the body to do that once a week. The yoga instructor suggests using it to clear your mind and to focus on your breathing, but man, my mind was wandering today. Some days are easier than others. :D

I also got out for a nice little stroll. It was truly gorgeous today. ☀️

First hibiscus bloom of the season. It amazes me these things live through the winter in containers in the basement. They kinda go dormant and are pitiful looking but come back with new blooms every summer for about five years now.

Pretty! Unfortunately, I put a mandevilla bush inside to go dormant. I set it out and so far doing nothing.
