We too have been doing some spring cleaning, but so far mostly outdoor stuff. Inside clean up time will be soon enough. Can't say I look forward to it, but it has to be done. Not sure how we manage, but we seem to grow some industrial strength dust bunnies around here. I think the dogs have something to do with it...I'm gonna blame them anyway.

I blame my dog for everything. Told him that's why we keep him here! :p

So glad you came to check in!! Wasn't it you who said your mother thought you weren't doing enough for your gram when you lived far away and couldn't? I've known some moms like that and it never goes well when the children become adults. I'm sorry you are in that situation. I hope your gram gets to come visit you!! Is there no one else who could come with her besides your mom?

Yes, that was me. My mom is my grandmother's "caregiver," so they go everywhere together. Once my mom gets here, she wants to go see the sights and go to the beach, etc. Which is fine, but she won't rent a car, so my husband ends up taking her places. My grandmother is happy sitting on my deck with a book. Don't get me wrong, we go places while they are here, but my mom wants every day filled with an outing.

Hello-

I've started doing yoga again. I have a DVD program that is 108 days long. I have no idea if I will last that long, but I am burned out my quick, intense workouts. I do love them, but I think my body's giving me signals to switch it up for now. I have had a stomach ache all week. I just felt like I needed to change gears for a bit. I also went to Costco yesterday and bought a large tub of Greek yogurt with a sorts of cultures in it and lots fresh fruits. I'll give it a week or two and if my stomach doesn't improve, I'll see my doc.

A few of my friends from social work school are going to WDW next month. I had enough points for a free, one way trip and the return flight was $98...on Southwest. I read they have checked 80% of the engines their fleet and I am hoping the other 20% is complete in three weeks.

Anyway, if anyone is looking for a well-rounded yoga practice, this one is good (and I did it yesterday).

Hello-

I am in with a yoga practice called "Cardio." Wow, did it ever move. 😰 The room I used today was 64 F, but I still broke into a sweat. Because I haven't done power yoga for a while, I am sore. I spent a lot time outside today, it was absolutely beautiful.
