Coffee, I want coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I should move near @MR FERRET as there are no Starbucks there to temp me! LOL Other than really wanting some coffee the cleanse is going well. I did JM's No More trouble zones this morning and I'm going out for my morning walk when the sun comes up. I've cut back on my workouts due to the cleanse and heat but it's working for me. Protein shake with kale and blueberries at 6am BTW I hate the 12 hour last bite to first bite thing! But I'm getting used to it. Lunch endive, cuke, zuke and red onion salad with apple cider vinegar and evoo, snack protein shake with spinach and apple, dinner salad with 1/2 cup brown rice. It's an eating cleanse so I'm not hungry but I REALLY WANT SOME COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Decaf even, right now I'm tempted to brew a pot just to smell it! LOL I can manage quite well without a drinky poo but my coffee is another issue! Sorry for the rant!!!!!!!!!!! BTW I woke up with much more energy today than yesterday! xoxo

Morning all!! Hope everyone is staying cool!!
Ohh Figgy! I Definately have that coffee habit too!!
How long are you doing the cleanse?
I don't have patience doing those! My DD did one in college and she had to give it up after a few days. Can't remember which one it was. But she starved!
Going to run out to shop today. Mowed for the DH yesterday and now my shoulder is sore:( So I am resting it today!
Breakfast is granola and yogurt. No idea about lunch yet. Dinner is lentil salad.
Walking this evening. Have a great day everyone!! :)

It's an eating cleanse so I'm not too hungry! 2 days down 19 to go!:eek:

Just had "chocolate milk" almond milk, organic cocoa powder (yea it's allowed) and some stevia! I might just make it a little longer! LOL

Ok, thanks for the invite. Maybe this is a good place for a confession...my wife is headed to the beach tomorrow with a friend for a girl's trip and the first thing I was planning on doing while they are away for the long weekend is ordering a pizza after they leave...so wrong...and I know I should not eat so badly while she is away...but man do I love me some pizza.

Pizza is ok if it's whole wheat light on cheese and lots of veggies! We won't judge you and if you rant maybe you'll skip some of the bad food! good luck with your bachelor weekend! There a some really good people here and maybe we'll even get you to exercise a little! LOL

I'll get all the vitamins and protein I need but the lack of coffee is killing me:rolleyes: Just found a recipie for "chocolate milk, almond milk organic cocoa powder and stevia! After 2 1/2 days of purification it's pretty good!

Wow, that must take some willpower...we have been trying to do better, and I joke about it a lot, but we are making an effort to eat better and exercise...we mostly walk, hike to waterfalls and ride bicycles. I have a couple of recumbents...a long wheelbase Rans Stratus and a BikeE...really love the BikeE...just need to ride it more often.
Now about this cleanse...no coffee or booze or soy? I'll be your cheerleader...you can do it!!!! How's that for positive attitude from someone who is normally Mr. Negativity?

Thank you! It isn't that bad with all the fresh summer veggies! I gave up meat a year ago! I miss my coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you a little movement goes a long way! Have you tried yoga! I just added it to my routine a few months ago 1 or 2 days a week. It's making me more flexible and reduces the stress from my darling children!
