Good, no make that great morning I got 6 continuous hours of sleep, did some kickboxing and yoga.:joyfull::joyfull::joyfull::joyfull: Tonight's dinner steamed veggies and tofu with a splash of tamari:hungry:
Wish I felt like doing that much. Apparently getting your body used to blood pressure meds takes a few days. :(
Then in top of that, we got up to no water. We are on a well with 3 other houses so DH had to call someone in to check it out. They are here now replacing a water pressure valve. $200. It never ends!

Friends from Pensacola came to visit recently and brought these. I have only had time to try a couple of them, but both were excellent. I probably drink too much coffee.

Oh no really?! Ugh!
I hope not. The was a Dr. on tv explaining how certain meds are made in PR and because the factories are down it may cause a short supply. He was going over all the things to bring bp down without meds and said that not everything will work for everybody but this is the time to do it if you can

Hello

Checking in from mco. Had a great time. I did the Castaway Cay 5K on Wednesday. It was hot. :hungover:

I ate pretty well. Splurged on 2 up charge meals in terms of calories, but it was worth it.

Tomorrow is back to the real world for working out , if not sooner. :)

Sounds like a good time. We have thought about a cruise for awhile now, but reading about it, it just does not seem like we would fit in. Hope you will post some photos. How was the trip affected by the recent storms? Did they change up the route?

I might do a tr. my photos aren't very good. Why do you think you won't fit in? You can do as little or as much as you want. Your meals and soft drinks are included. This was a four night, so we just stoppped at Nassau and Castaway Cay. I didn't leave the boat in Nassau, but Castaway Cay was as awesome as ever.

There are people of all ages and there is a large adults only section with 2 pools and some hot tubs. I spent a lot of time there. Lol

My brother and his wife go on one cruise per year and they have been trying to talk us into going on one with them. They show us photos and some of the places look amazing, and the food looks really good. My wife would like to do the Castaway Cay 5K to add to her collection of Run Disney medals. She has done the Princess Half-Marathon five times, but skipped last year and this year. She is thinking she may just start doing 5Ks as the 13.1 miles is getting more difficult to complete every year.
We both are not very social and prefer our vacation time to be quiet and relaxing. We don't drink at all and a lot of what we see is partying, socializing and drinking, none of which we do. My brother does not drink either, and he says the drunks are easy to avoid, but I have little tolerance for them. I know there is much more to cruising than that, but those things are what make us feel it is not for us.
