Hey all! Ok so I've been lurking for a while & have finally decided to get serious about working out. The hubby & I will be starting Focus T25 on Monday (crossing my fingers it's here by then...just seems like a great way to start July) Thinking this can be another great way to have some accountability!! We will have 150 days until our next magical visit from July 1st so wish us luck!! :)
YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats on making a positive change!

Good morning! I am a happy pretzel as this am I did a nice yoga practice with lots of twists:) Getting back into life sucks but it must be done. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies coming my way as my favorite farm stand has opened for the season. YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love their stuff! Even the things from down south have a fresher taste than the supermarket items! Hope you are all well and moving today! xoxo

Good Morning Magic Friends...
Still off the mat! I go to the doctor tomorrow,hopefully the stitches come out. I was able to sit for 20 minutes of meditation and I did some light weights for my arms.

I am going liquid part of the day today...
Breakfast is a smoothie..Avacodo, spinach and pineapple and coconut water
Lunch ...Kale, mango and spinach with almond milk and a hit of agave
Dinner is a quineoa lentil burger over a bed of greens with roasted peppers

Congrats and welcome!! You will get some great advice and tips on exercising and keeping up your exercise program here. Good luck!! :)

Good afternoon everyone!! Been busy day today.
Breakfast was vanilla nonfat greek yogurt and homemade granola. Lunch was leftover spicy turkey tacos. Dinner is lentil salad with asparagus.
Walking my 3.5 miles later today with DH.
Hope everyone is doing well. Keeping fingers crossed @LuLaSue for the stitches!!;)

Good morning!!!!!!!!!!!! Life is getting back to normal:( Today is Jim's first day back at work, so it's my first truly real day back home:( On a happy note I did JM's no more trouble zones and 5 miles with boosters:) Going to blast off the weight I gained and hoping to shed a few more by the end of summer! Confession time I'm having a cup of coffee! But breakfast is leftover ratatouille and a veggie burger! I made several different types since I've been home! (froze quite a few) Jim has decided to go vegaterian at least 2 days a week. ps I'm mad at him he lost over a pound on the trip.

@figmentfan423 gotta love the boys. They drop weight so easy. Kudos to you getting DH to go veggie 2 times a week. This girl can dream.

I meditated for 30 minutes this morning. Anxious for my appt today and TY for all the warm wishes. I am liquid again this morning. Blueberries, spinach, avocado and pineapple with coconut water chai and hemp seed.

I have some beautiful cherries and carrots and peppers for lunch.

Figgy I made lentil and quineoa burgers yesterday with pepper onion and corn. Cajun style dinner tonight. What kind have you been whipping up?
