I've been quite busy!!!!!!!!! A tex-mex black bean with corn onion peppers and chili powder, a garden style with soy beans, green beans, onions, spinach, peppers, grated carrots and yellow squash and falafel (baked not fried)

Today I am painting some do I won't be on here until later today!! Try to get done done before the storms hit. We are in that summer rain pattern here.
Breakfast was two whole wheat pancakes. Lunch is leftover turkey tacos and veggies. Finally finishing those things! Recipes are always hard to make for two people! You eat leftovers for days
Dinner is fiesta veggie salad. Snack is fresh watermelon and grapes!!

Stitches are gone! The sensations I am feeling are totally normal although they are uncomfortable. He told me I should go about my regular business! SO, I took it slow this morning just to loosen up. I did 30 minutes of warm stretches and 45 minutes of a slow flow. I sat only for 15 meditation. Feeling sore but, GOOD! Now that I know I should be feeling these things my mind is now at ease.
Breakfast today is tofu scramble with a hint of curry. Lunch is a mix of fresh fruit and dinner is avocado with a lentil and quineoa burger with a spinach salad!
So happy to getting back to business!

I'm loving the heat and humidity at home! Makes being here almost fun. I went out and walked 4 miles in the sunshine and humidity! After the winter we had no complaining about heat from me!Good afternoon!! I haven't said that in awhile!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
