Good Morning Magic Friends!
Another day of what looks like rain, but no worries, the sun shines in the forums.

I sat in 15 minutes meditation today and practiced slow flow for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Tonight I practice with my favorite teacher, I am sure to sweat out the day at this class.

Breakfast was a coconut yogurt with grapefruit and hemp seeds. Lunch is avacado with tomato a dash of salt and pepper. Dinner is brown rice macaroni with broccoli, zucchini, onions, carrots and spinach. Over the top I drizzle homemade sundried tomato olive oil and some toasted pinenuts.

Morning!! It is a gorgeous day here!!
I am getting up earlier now that it is getting warmer. And so us the cat, but she tends to nap later;)
Breakfast was muesli with almond milk, walnuts and a few dried berries. Lunch will be black bean salad. Dinner tonight is grilled peppers, onions, eggplant and zucchini.
Going out to paint the deck some while it is dry!!

Good Morning Magic Friends!

This morning for breakfast is a Waffle with peanut butter, and ode to @real mad hatter! Lunch I am serving myself up escarole salad with chick peas, roasted beets and vegan cheese with homemade vinaigrette.
For dinner I am experimenting with vegan pizza ...shhhhh...don't tell DH. We are surprising him with homemade pizza. We are leaving out that dirty world "vegan"! :confused: Wish me luck!

I enjoyed a wonderful practice this morning, 90 minutes ashtanga and 15 minutes of meditation. Tonight I get to teach my awesome 'You Can" Yogis!

Today I have an attitude! An attitude of gratitude.

Go for it @LuLaSue..This morning I had fresh celery with Peanut Butter,and for exercise I put on my trainers and shorts by myself.I then emptied the trash can,cleaned my kitchen work tops & island table & breakfast bar,swept the floors,polished the glass coffee table,cleaned the bathroom,and en suite bathroom,changed my DS bed sheets,put out the washing,washed my outside windows ( 44 in total ) and made Mac & Cheese with a side salad for dinner. ( lettuce,cherry tomatoes,ribbons of cucumber,olives,mushroom,feta cheese.) And I'am now putting my feet up with a coffee and slice of my home made Magic Cookie bar..That's me for the day..LOL.;)

Morning guys!! Sounds like @LuLaSue and @real mad hatter have already been up and moving today!! Good job, guys!!:)
Taking a breather from painting today. We need to cut more lumber before I can paint.
I did get my walking in yesterday and DH pushed the mower. Today we are walking before dinner.
Breakfast was granola and yogurt. Lunch is grilled eggplant, portobello mushrooms, and zucchini from last night. Dinner is a pepper-crusted beef tenderloin, roasted red potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Our red meat meal for the month!

Good Morning Magic Friends!
I had a wonderful practice the morning! I have been adding an extra vinyassa flow to each round and feeling strong. I was able to sit for 25 minutes in meditation, I couldn't sleep...

Breakfast was soy yogurt with honey almonds and blue berries.
Lunch is avocado and tomato with a splash of lime.
Dinner is up in the air! After work I am teaching 4pm class and we have my nieces graduation mass at 7. I will have to come home shower and we will probably grab a bit on the go! We have a local spot by us that does up a great vegan salad, creamy dressings and all! DH can get a calzone and we can call it dinner.

I hope you all have an awesome day! Please stay safe the weather is supposed to be tricky today!

Hope you feel better @real mad hatter!
The sun is shining and supposed to be hot again today. We hit 91 yesterday! Going to be a hot, muggy summer.
Having to wait until after dinner to do our walking now.
Breakfast was some homemade pancakes, whole-wheat of course. Lunch is turkey sandwich with vegs. Dinner is spicy chicken and salad.
Drink lots of water to keep hydrated everyone in this heat. Keep safe friends in strong storms today!:)

No weight loss for 2 weeks :(
I blame the lack of motivation from the absent @figmentfan423 ;)
You can't disappoint our figment friend! What's going on? Does the rain have you down? Maybe you have hit a plateau and need to give your system a boost. If you tend to eat the same things everyday you will need to switch it up. The system needs a jump start! Don't get frustrated your doing so great!!! Keep moving and keep up your great work.

Happy Friday! Super happy here! I am a proud Aunt, my beautiful niece graduates today.

I woke to a 20 restorative meditation and 90 minutes if Ashtanga. I am off to work and leaving early to attend her ceremony!

Breakfast today is a tofu scramble with sweet and hit red cherry peppers and onion
Lunch is just some watermelon,I think we're are going for a "Linner" after the graduation.

I hope you all have the best of days.

Put on weight when we went away and have only lost a little of it since coming back.Just need to pull my finger out and excercise.
