Hey guys!! Sounds like you have had a busy weekend like us.
I think my DH was ready to go to work today so he didn't have to keep working here. LOL
We worked on the deck all day Saturday. That meant going up and down the stairs to saw wood and carry up. Lots of cardio that day!! And boy did our bodies feel that so yesterday was a fun day. Drove down to a national park in SC that had a plantation house and a hiking trail. And it wasn't raining down there like here at home!! A bonus!! Anyways, we did get our walking in and had a nice relaxing day. When we got home, the bottom feel out, so no more outside plans.
Today the sun is shining and the birds are singing. I have already done laundry, dishes, made the bed, and put homemade granola in the oven. Plus, bills and talked to the DD while she was heading off to work.
Today I had shredded wheat with cranberries and light almond milk. Lunch is leftover 6 inch pizzas from dinner with lowfat ricotta, mushrooms, onions, and argula on top. Fruit for snack. Dinner is Curried Chicken Salad with nonfat greek yogurt, canola mayo, and curry powder. Chopped apples and raisins and sliced almonds added. Served over lettuce. Yummy!
