No it's been replaced with a wedge salad. No more nice spring greens just cheap iceburg cut into wedges. Very lazy on their part. We have 11 ADRs one is BOG lunch. I have one we may drop. I have 3 ADRs for a week at UNI they are our must try places. I'm hoping to only have to cook breakfast and a couple of dinners at the condo. I'm taking a real vacation!:D

Boo. That stinks. Good for you on "taking a real vacation," you deserve it. :)

Hello-
I just did a 55 minute Body Combat workout. They usually only release them as 30 minute workouts and skip the core work and cool down, but this was the entire workout. I am glad about that, I emailed them about full length workouts. It's good to see they are listening to customer feedback. I was just about to cancel my subscription, as I was getting tired of getting half-workouts. :)

Hello,

I am in with a toning workout. I was a bit sore from yesterday's workout, I downshifted a bit. I'll probably go for a walk once the sun goes down a bit. I still have to try to kill those wasps that are building a nest in my mail box. I bought some wasp killer that you can spray from about 10 feet. I am not looking forward to that. :( I might chicken out again. LOL

Be careful with that spray. You may want to Google exterminator's tips. I recall one time when I was a kid, we had a huge nest on the side of the house, in the window. There was a specific time of day that the exterminator would come to spray, because the wasps would sort of go to sleep (I don't recall whether it was a.m. or p.m.), and that was a safer time to spray. The last thing you want to do is tick off an angry nest of wasps with spray, as they'll come at you.

Yes. You're supposed to wait until dark. I read the can and the range is 27 ft. I still have to open the mail box, though. I did speak to my husband and said I shouldn't do it if I am uncomfortable. My husband said he will take care of it when he flies home on Friday. I am just worried about the letter carrier getting stung.

Best of luck to you and your hubby on this one, and please be careful. It may be polite to leave a note near the box for your mailman, too--is there an outside screen door to the front of your house that he could open, and place the mail between the screen door and front door for the time being? I'm always concerned about anyone in the vicinity of bees, wasps or hornets, as there are some people who are extremely allergic to those stings.

Yes. I am going to print a notice off now. He can put the mail on the porch for the time being. Someone is always home here, so someone can keep a look out for the mail.

Good morning! You are right Figgy! Another hot one today!! We had 93 in the shade yesterday:eek:. We had to wait until late to mow. It is like walking out into a sauna!
At least we have a/c so the kitty and I are cool during the day. That is the only way I can get my stretching done.
Walking is either late or up and down the stairs.
Going to get new tires this morning. Planning a trip to Atlanta next week for a Braves game @epcotisbest . Bring in some cooler weather please!
Everyone stay cool and happy:happy:

Have fun. Yeah, plenty warm down toward ATL. We used to go some, but I developed a dislike for Atlanta traffic and usually try to avoid it. have not been to a Braves, Falcons or Hawks game in several years. Still make our way over to Athens for a Bulldogs game every now and then.
