working out for Disney

Hey guys!! It is, shall I say again, yucky and rainy!! The weekend here looks like a wash-out!! It's Spring!! I am supposed to be outdoors planting flowers and my vegetables. It's gonna be June before I get anything planted at this rate.
Had to do my biking inside on the exercise bike yesterday. Changing it up a bit between walking and biking now.
Didn't gain any extra pounds at wdw so just maintenance, hopefully, this summer. I feel good!!
Had greek yogurt and granola, (I know I need to change it up, but I like my yogurt!), lunch is veggie wrap, and dinner is chicken meatballs with orzo and veggies.
Have a good weekend everyone, especially those of you lucky to get outside and have sun!!:D

Namaste today is a day to relax and let my muscles recoup from a tough week. So I'm going to do some yoga and stretching. Seeing it is going to be beautiful today sunny and mid 70s (hide under large rock) I'm going out to enjoy the fresh air and get some color. Have a great weekend!:)

I am not working out for Disney, but I'm gonna post here, because I am quitting smoking for Disney.

I am on Chantex, but it doesn't seem to help much, outside of the fact that it makes me not enjoy smokes so much, and now my body is cleansing itself, so I get to...um...expel toxins...every morning, and I don't sleep well.

If I seem a bit irritable, I apologize in advance. This should only last for a few more weeks...

After this, I'll go back to running, I think. Right now I mostly use my bicycle for transportation, so, I'm not in horrid shape.

I want to quit smoking. Chantex doesn't make me want to quit, but it does make me feel sick when I do.

I've heard from friends who went down this path that is very personal...how your body reacts, etc...

They support me at work too...but, I didn't see how telling an agent that he was full of (in a very precise manner) was being too brash!

Right now, I'm irritable. Yesterday, my boss took me to his office and told me to stop sending emails for a few days because I was being too brash.
LOL that's what I was like when I gave up dairy! I had to give it up, it caused some nasty reactions to my body!

I normally don't smoke in the parks when I'm with the kid, but "cutting back" for a few hours until I can get back to the hotel or cut away from the kid, is completely different than quitting. And when not there, I'm a pack a day (average) smoker...

Funny how these things drive your behaviors. My smell is just starting to come back, and my lungs are playing...well...lets just say they are not happy after a week of no smoking.
