Good afternoon everyone!! Getting late start on here to check in. Had to run to the grocery store.
Sounds like Figgy is already up and running! LOL That girl is very dedicated!!
Hope you all have wonderful warm weather to get outside and do some moving around this weekend.
Well all my Dr. Oz dieting and working out are showing results. Stepped on the scales this morning and have lost 4 lbs.!! I know it's not a lot but I was a bad girl eating this winter--all those fattening comfort foods!! Ugh!!
I am determined to keep it up even after our wdw trip in a couple of weeks though. I feel better and have more energy. Even my DH is doing well too! And we aren't starving ourselves to death either.
So, if you move more than you sit and eat a healthy diet and not eat out as much, you can lose weight!!

OMG congrats always more fun to loose than to gain! Proud of you too. Got up and did my 10 miles with boosters going to chane things up a little tomorrow. Today is something different kale blueberry ans bananna smoothie! It's going to be nice so I'm going to head out today! Have a great weekend and keep moving!

Thanks!! We hung in there and it worked!! I don't really miss eating out as much either!
Hope you had a good day yesterday!!
This weekend we will be outside a lot so will get my workouts done outside!

Good morning just quickly checking in. I did an hour of aerobics and planning on heading out today! It's already 40 so I'm going walking. Have fun!

Changed up our walk and did a few miles around our lovely reservoir yesterday as the ground has finally dried up enough :)

Good morning all Yes I know it's a crazy hour to be up but somebody left my heat on and it got so warm in the house I decided to stay up and get going, I will nap after lunch. Yesterday was so nice I got out and walked 5 miles. Going to try to do the same today! So far I did JM's No More Trouble Zones back to back and am going to gather smoothie supplies soon, kale apple cuke and protein powder, snack will be some nuts and strawberries, a hummus sandwich with lots of veggies for lunch will figure out dinner later. Have a good week.

Hey all!! Sounds like I have some catching up to do!! @MR FERRET love the pictures!!
After running errands all morning, feel like I have already worked out. But, I will still walk my 3.5 miles this afternoon with my DH when he gets home. Love those walks!! Gives us a chance to wind down and talk about the day.
Breakfast was my usual greek yogurt with granola, lunch was (sorry Figgy) we had leftover g chuck burgers from the weekend we made, served them on lettuce and tomato with basil pesto; no bread!!, dinner will be Grilled chicken and a big salad. Snacks are 1 oz. dark chocolate and fruit.
Have a good "moving around" day everyone!!:)

Good morning it's a glorious day! I've done my 2hr aerobics and will get out for a walk in the sun! I'm going with rasin bran and herbal tea, apple and almond butter for snack thinking stir fry for lunch and grilling tempeh and veggies for dinner! Have a marvelous day and enjoy the weather!:)

Stuck at work :( but its onl 7deg out so not all bad.Will try for some scenic shots of our regular strolling place after the nice ones from sunday. Give everyone a snapshot of my little Isle

Morning all! It is beautiful out today so get outside!! We got up to 75 yesterday!! Today is supposed to get 78! I love warm weather!!
Breakfast was muesli, lunch is whole wheat tortilla with hummus and peppers, dinner is a new recipe Fiesta Rice Salad with brown rice, Blk beans, avocado, and veggies!
Walking today. Did add my stretching out to yesterday's. Needed it then!!

Good morning I had trouble sleeping last night, I guess adjusting to the warmer weather has me a bit off. I'm up so I did JM's 30 day shred 1 & 2 followed by No more trouble zones! Hoping it would make me tired enough to go back to sleep. LOL Didn't work!:eek: At least @93boomer won't have to lift weights for a week! Today I'm going to need protein so going to make a salad with quinoa and beans for breakfast! The rest of the day I'm going raw except for some more beans. I love the heat. Don't worry I will try and nap today! Take care.

Girl you need more sleep!! I do not get up until after 8 am and you have already done twice the workouts I do and had breakfast!! LOL
Sorry you had trouble sleeping!! I do that sometimes too. Take a good nap!!
Today is walking and doing yoga or zumba, haven't decided which yet. I am also going to be outside most of the day getting some sunshine on this pale skin before going to the world next week. Don't wanna get burned while down there! LOL
Breakfast was shredded wheat with almond milk, lunch is turkey wraps with veggies, and dinner is roasted red pepper frittatas.
Keep moving everyone!! Spring has finally sprung!! :):)
