Good morning, I did Body Holiday Stretch and it's a good thing I did because I was a bit stiff when I got up this morning. I hate the sudden return to winter.:mad::mad::mad: It's going to be a nice relaxing day fabric and veggie shopping with a friend (she doesn't sew but likes looking at all the pretty fabric) Followed by some yoga and a nice warm bath before bed. I have enough things already cooked so the men can fend for themselves.
Sounds like a good day...I love looking at fabric, but I can't sew. My mom had no patience for it, so she never taught me.
We vegged at home today. I have one more week of not being allowed to work out....I hope it is over then. My hip started hurting again Monday, but I've been REALLY careful this week and it's not bothering me today. We shall see. We had GORGEOUS weather today...like almost 70 degrees. I wish I could have gone out and walked! :( I got a lot of reading in though. I must have read about 200 pages in my book...I'm 2/3 through it! Only 370 more!

Hello-

I went for a monster walk today. It is so insane here. Yesterday, we had high winds and snow; today it was windy BUT 70 and sunny. It really lifted my mood to see the little chipmunks running around and the buds beginning to open on trees and bushes. I think it's going to drop again tonight, though. :( I just want consistent mild weather at this point. LOL

OK, so everyone said they enjoyed pictures so here are some taken today. Very nice day here today, with the spring blooms just about at peak. Walked under a cloudless, vibrant blue sky and snapped a few pics in the yard and from the deck while grilling out. Thought I would share a few.

Yes, the Azaleas are looking really nice this year. Big and colorful.

I'm still "enjoying" the crazy schedule.:hilarious::confused: LS's 5 advanced miles and some flex yoga done. A virgin pina colada smoothie for breakfast, a large mixed veggie salad with quinoa for lunch and chili(yea for left overs) for dinner:hungry::hungry::hungry: I got some really nice tomatoes so I'm making salsa with avacado for snacking:hungry::hungry::hungry::hungry:

I like the sound of a pina colada smoothie. I love coconut and pineapple. I have 7 avocados right now that need to made into something soon, or they will be too far gone to eat.

Hello-
I am in with a lower body workout that used a therapy ball. I think of all the workouts I have done on this streaming site, this was my least favorite. I think I am "too long" for a therapy ball. I kept having to reposition myself on it when i was lying horizontally on it. So, I won't do this one again. LOL

Anyway, we booked a room only reservation at the Boardwalk for early August. I don't know where we will be, but it's easy to back out of a room only reservation, if we have to. I am trying to get excited, but I am "meh."
