I got the mail and found a letter from my baby's school. I'm wondering what the heck could be worth a letter:cautious::rolleyes::oops: It was really good news my ds scored in the top 5% in fitness. Crunches, chin ups, 100yd run and 1 mile run. See veggies are good for you! He's the one that's mostly vegan by choice:inlove:
Good for him, however, if veggies made me desire to do crunches, chin ups, 100 yd runs and 1 mile runs :jawdrop: they would be out of my house in a matter of minutes. :joyfull:

Sending congratulations to your son! :) I don't think I could do even one chin up, and sure as heck can't run a mile! (Note: Even if I was a vegan like your son, I still couldn't do any of the above!! :p :p )

Hello-

I did a lower body workout today. I took an impromptu rest day yesterday, that winter storm caused so much sinus pressure in my eye, cheek and teeth. I keep getting sidelined by sinus stuff. Bring on the spring! LOL

Good morning a nice sweaty full body hiit i found online and I'm going to try and do some yoga because it carped last night. Not much but it's slick outside so I'm not sure how much walking I'll be able to do.

Hello,

Today, I did an upper body workout. I'm glad I started using this streaming workout site again. I stopped using it while forgetting to cancel it for a few months. But I am using it religiously now.

I didn't work out yesterday. I just had a really bad day. I try not to let things overwhelm me, but I'm human at the end of the day. I did get all my steps in though.

It is warm-ish here today, so my husband has fired up the grill. I put together a marinade from Skinnytaste that is allegedly Korean.

Cooked meatloaf on the grill this evening. Topped it with a jalapeño ketchup glaze that is decidedly not low carb, but I just ate around the glaze for the most part. Very moist and flavorful.

That looks delicious. I use Sriracha ketchup for my meatloaf glaze. I know you like spicy stuff, you might like it. But, no, I am thinking it's not low in sugar, either. ;)

Speaking of an off day I got up and did LS 5 fast miles and some ab work thinking today was Saturday and I'd have to kick my dh out the door to go to work:facepalm::banghead::banghead::banghead: His crazy schedule is killing me. Him not so much. In my house I'm the human alarm clock. I get up workout pack lunches and have everybody moving and out before 6:30 most mornings. Some days my dh has to be out by 4:30. Seeing today is going to be nice out I'm running errands later and then it going to be a nice warm epsom salt bath with lavender oil. There are enough leftovers that the boys can fend for themselves. I'm going raw food wise today so not much effort making smoothies or salads. have a most healthy day.xoxo

I have seen that at the grocery store but have not tried it. Will pick up a bottle next grocery trip. Thanks for the suggestion.

If you're feeling ambitious you can make your own no sodium added hot sauce all you need is a bunch of your favorite hot peppers and a high speed blended, Just dump them in and blend away. Once in a while they need just a bit of water to make them pourable. I like it a little more paste like.

It was sunny and in the mid-sixties today with a slight breeze. Walked a couple of miles, not a great effort, but two more miles than sitting in the recliner, so that is a plus.

Good morning I got up early (had to again weird schedule) and did a full body weight workout. It's already above 40 so I'm heading out with both sets of walkers, yea it's going to be near 60 again and I'm hoping at least one group decides to do the full 2 1/2 miles walk around the lake, maybe I'll get lucky and both will:) Tonight's dinner salad, spaghetti squash pasta with tomato sauce, tossed salad with evoo and lemon juice and for the carnivores cod topped with almond meal mixed with onion and garlic powder, black pepper and parsley.
