Hope everyone is having a nice weekend. 65 here today, supposed to be 67 tomorrow...nice. I just watched History of the Eagles Part 1 on CNN. Part 2 has just started. Very interesting. My favorite Eagles song...Seven Bridges Road. What's yours?

Grilled some chicken to have for the next few days. Staying low carb.

I think that's too much chicken for you to finish, all by yourself, this week. May I help you out and show up for dinner tonight? :hungry: (Figgy can help you finish off the salad.) ;)

My wife typically frowns upon women she does not know showing up for dinner, but if you and Figgy drop by we'll figure out something to tell her. There is plenty to go around. You will have to bring your own dessert though. No wait, on the cooling rack under the foil in the salad photo is a freshly baked banana nut bread. It smelled delicious but thanks to strong as steel willpower, I have not even taken a tiny sample taste. I have realized those tiny samples add up.

Exactly 140 days until our next Disney vacation. I've put on quite a lot of weight since our last visit to WDW. Because of this I joined a place called PureBarre and after one day I am sore! Only 140 days left to look great for our 5/6nights in paradise. (now about that meal prepping...i need to work on that!)
I walk a lot and when it gets warmer will ride the bicycles again. My wife is a runner and also uses an elliptical machine every day.
The soreness will go away with time.
As for food prep, I have to cut out carbs for health reasons. I slowly lose weight without going hungry. Deprivation dieting has never worked for me.
Oh, people that follow along in this thread are encouraging and tend to believe in you even when you doubt yourself, or that has been my experience here.

Figgy and I can tell your wife that we are from a cleaning company (we can wash and dry the dishes, and put them away in the kitchen cabinets), and we get paid in barbecued food!! :joyfull: (Now, where did I put my "Will work for food" sign? o_O  )

Good luck and you can do it. Pace yourself and listen to your body! We're here if you need us and good luck

Hello,

My neck/shoulder finally felt normal today, so I did a streaming workout that focused on the upper body. I had to cut it short, because I felt dizzy/nauseous. I think my appetite is kind of down because I am stressed, so I think I had a blood sugar drop. It's something new, but I will keep an on it, but I really think it's because I only had one meal today. LOL But I got 45 minutes in, so it's not too bad. :)

I am going to catch up with the posts. :)
