I hope cleaning counts as a workout...I think @betty rose asked that earlier...that's what I did this morning. My house was in a desperate state!
I hope so as it's raining so I'm getting the laundry caught up LOL I did LS's 5 fast miles today and I found some time yesterday to get in 2 short yoga practices for relaxation more for my head than body LOL Hoping to find some time for yoga later

I took a day off yesterday, although I did go for a long walk. I think I am going to four days on one off with active recovery. I have been doing cardio and abs every day then upper body added on one day and lower body the following. I have been cobbling together workouts from You Tube mixed with my DVDs and/or downloads I already have. I like this set up so far, I feel like I have more freedom and less dread. :)

Happy Friday and TGIF 5 advanced miles with LS I'm in a rut this week but after the cold that may not be a bad thing. My dh is bringing in coleslaw he made to work today. He replaced the mayo with silken light tofu to make it lighter. He made it in my dining room so I'll be getting a workout cleaning that room today LOL Have a great day and keep moving forward.

If the arm workout was good please share what it is THNX

Sure! I did this for my arms yesterday. It is a pilates workout. I've been using her workouts for a couple of weeks now.

If you like heavier stuff, I like the Fitness Blender. I like their strength training workout better than their cardio. They rely on too many burpees for cardio and that's just no bueno for me. I don't mind them here and there, but I can only handle so many of them and the stupid mountain climbers per workout.

Thank you! I agree about too many burpees, not fun. I don't mind mountain climbers as long as that's not all there is.

Good luck, I hope you find a nice one at a good price!
Not bad....we found a nice second-hand Batavus (one of the leading brands here) for only 225 Euros, which is pretty good. I probably could have gotten one cheaper on the Dutch ebay site, but then you don't have a guarantee that it is in good working order, etc. And this one is really good, just an older model, so it was much cheaper. They are putting on better tires since I ride it to and from work, 6 km each way, and I can pick it up at the end of the day.

Good afternoon I managed to get in a 5 mile dvd and lots of time on my feet shopping today LOL I really have to remember to pack a lunch when I'll be gone for long periods of time. I was so busy I didn't realize how much time went by until I got home. I try not to skip meals but sometimes life gets in the way. I had a nice large salad to get me through until dinner. I hope you're all having a nice weekend

I just completed a work out that uses discs called "Slide and Glide" and then I followed up with a pilates leg and butt download. My butt is on fiyah.

Here is the disc workout I did, in case anyone is interested in a low impact workout. :)

Do you have the discs? Or do you have to make some sort of disc yourself? I've heard of things like steppers, or the exercise ball, or the little weights, but I've never seen a workout with discs before.
