Good morning I did Leslie Sansone's Walk it off in 30 days today 30 minutes of aerobics and 30 minutes of weights. Yea she's finally past the 3 pound thing. LOL It's beautiful so I went around my lake as I'm enjoying the weather before going out to exercise my shopping gene later. Have a fabulous weekend and stay healthy

Thanks, I'm doing "housework" today. Cleaning counts as exercise too, doesn't it?;)

Good morning I'm checking in with a cold and day 2 of doctor ordered rest.:mad: Veggie soup and cold tea I think the company is called Traditional Medicine. That and garlic and lemon:hungry:. Hopefully I'll be feeling well enough to work out tomorrow. Hope all of you are well and moving xoxo

Loads of variety. I did her Cardio Interval Tone 45/30 and 10 minute squat challenge yesterday.

I am thinking of restarting Turbo Fire later. I need to see how much my knee and myself can tolerate Charlene. :P

Good morning I'm feeling pretty darn good. 5 fast miles and some walking today just me and my mp3 as I want to make sure I have 24 hours of healthy before going around other people. If I feel up to it I might restart the plank and/or squat challenges later. Have a great day

Thanks!! I'm going to have to look into it. I actually like Charlene most of the time, but O know she's too much for a lot of people. But right now I can't do the turbo workouts. My hip is mostly better...I don't feel it when I'm just walking anymore, but when I step wrong, I still get a shooting pain, so I need something that's lower impact.

Stay away from Charlene until your hip is better.

That was my plan...I was thinking I would try the walking workout you posted about...Leslie Sansone or something like that? Well, I can't do it tomorrow because it's parents week at school, so I get to sit in with my son for a while. Tonight are the parent teacher conferences and tomorrow I get to go to school.
