Wondering if the disney magic is strong enough to find love

Thanks Erica! I swear, it has been one verrrryyy looooooooooong, horrible-terrible-not-good-very-bad-day today. I must now go to bed or I may say and write and type other very strange things and not be my usual self. Good night all and may tomorrow be a better day! It will have to be, only 28 days from tomorrow 'til I go to WDW! (Ignore my signature, I forgot to update it). :snore: :snore: :king: :snore:

The universe has an odd sense of humor. I'm pretty sure Cosmo polls show that 89% of committed relationships started with one party or the other up to their armpits in pig entrails, with sweat dripping off their forehead and a dirt smudge on their nose. Don't try to force it....just keep digging through those entrails and soon enough, it'll happen.

Now I am confused. . . who is 626?

Who am I? Who am I?? I am the guardian of lost souls! I am the powerful, the pleasurable, the indestructable Mushu... er 626 (Sorry, having a Mulan moment ;)) Hello, I don't believe we've met :D

Wondering if the disney magic is strong enough to find love

Well, sure it's strong enough. I mean, it's a big boat, and there are clubs and restaurants there, not to mention the pools and the secluded island resort... You're bound to find love there one way or another.

err... This is what this thread is about, right? :lookaroun

i always thought that too.
they should run a singles weekend at WDW in some hotel i think.
i am a disney person and i am looked down alot because of my love for disney.
i know it is sick really but i want to find a guy that has the same love for WDW i do and it is kinda of hard too find.
but a singles weekend would be fun  never happened but you never know if there were more disney world fanatic like us out there that would go for it.

Sounds like something that Disney would NEVER do. You meet up with people at a HOTEL/RESORT...what could that lead to? I don't think they want that kind of image put to them as getting a bunch of single people into each other's hotel rooms. That would not settle well with me at all if Disney ever even thought about doing this. It's bad enough what happens at the Disney dorms for the CP (from the stories posted on here so far). Sorry, don't take this to offense, but that post was one of the worst in taste for the Disney company that I've ever read.

Universal held an after-hours event for singles in the Studios last month, I think something of that sort would be a good thing...

Dreams can come true - I met my fiance at Disney World and we both are BIG Disney fans. We happened to meet at the Contemporary Resort back in 99 and have been together ever since. Your soul mate is out there some where and maybe Disney will play a part like the others said but have faith and you will find her when you least expect it. Good Luck

I have a number of thoughts I'd like to share.

1.) Its very hard to not look for love when i've been looking for it ever since i saw cinderella and price charming get together at the age of four. how can i not look for that?!

2.) I was watching Chris Rock the other day and he said that no matter what you like you BOTH have to like it or else it wont work. Which i believe is very true. I think if you love Disney (whcih i assume we all do fanatically) then you both have to or else it wont work. But my chances of finding that in NJ are very hard. :(

3.) I believe deep down inside that everythign Disney movies saw are true. Yes, sounds weird to those who believe I'm that nutty "Disney Girl" but i think that if you wish upon a star your dreams WILL come true. Ya just gotta believe it deep down inside.

Keep up the faith all

171 days til DISNEYWORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
