I'm thinking about going to DCA today to see the new parade and Midway Mania stuff.
If I go, it'll be my fist time going alone... *gasp*

Really? I go by myself all the time. It's relaxing for me.

It was good. The teacher I'm replacing hasn't moved yet, so the 8th graders' parents had a farewell luncheon for her and Teacher Appreciation for me and our Social Studies/English teacher, so I got flowers, candy, and a Dunkin' Donuts card.
Then, this afternoon, since it's Pi Day (3/14), we had all kinds of pies for the entire middle school. It was really fun!

Sounds like a fattening day.

Our friends' daughter is graduating from nursing school. They're planning a fun surprise party (all the guests are wearing scrubs). So I'm trying to come up with a "fun" invitation. I've got some ideas...

Depends.
If it's a small job, I'll print them. I prefer to, because I feel more in control. I can make last second changes, if I want. Right now though, I'm in desperate need of a new printer.

I love my photo printer, but it really goes through a lot of ink. I have a second printer on this computer for everyday jobs, and it's fine for that.

Our printer is currently in George's "office". Our computers are networked, so every time I print something I have to go back and forth between my computer and his. It's a pain. I really want my own, but I'm not sure where I'd put it. I may have to work that out though.
