Sept 7 will just be a bad day to go to DLR, Indy, Pirates, Mansion and Screamin all down.

Nothing says a ruined vacations like the DLR refurbishment list!

Yes! that is an epic typo!!! good catch! The OP has been corrected with the year 2011, instead of 2012.

Rumors seem to say Matterhorn will go down, I think they'll hold off till a date after Jan 08, 2012, the end of the Holidays at DLR.

When is "It's a Small World" closing for its holiday makeover?

Usually late Oct closing and opening after first week in Nov I think, is this right?

That's a bit too long, I think. They start stringing the Christmas lights on the facade in early October, and you really can't see them unless you are looking for them, so that the only thing they have to do is install the interior sets and costumes on the dolls. They really have it down to a superfast science at both Haunted Mansion and Small World, after doing the Holiday overlays for 15 years now.

I would bet you a churro that Small World will close on Monday, October 31st and reopen on November 12th for the Holidays.

Pretty much everything TP said,

Interesting to note that the Holidays start on Nov 14, the Monday after Veterans Day weekend. I'd bet that small world holiday will be open though to help keep the capacity up even more so since Pirates would still be down.

Space Mountain has completed its early closings and late openings

The Monorail has completed its late daily openings but will open late Mon-Fri.

Also as of Aug 1 the Annual Passport Processing Center at DL's Plaza Pavilion and inside of DCA's Greetings from California have been closed. Everything for APs will now be done at the ticket booths between the parks, and Photo Pass can take a picture for you or you may upload one from home. Guests with out a photo on file for their AP must present and Photo ID at the turnstiles.

Nothing yet, but rumors are pointing to a 6 month refurbishment on the Matterhorn starting in Jan 2012

If in fact its fully true, it will be a full closure. I don't think Pirates has had this big of a refurbishment since 2006?

Closed for the fall of 2011.

Disneyland's Pirates closes for rehabs every couple of years. The last one was in '09 for about a month, so it's time. The bigger rehab happened in '06 for several months, so it's overdue really.
