I am going to really miss watching and hearing Spectro this summer. I have the music on cd and I only need to play it and I feel like I am there. I wish it was running over the summer but I will try and keep an open mind and who knows. Spectro will be back so that helps.

I saw MSEP at DCA on my first trip to DL May 17 - 24 2003. This was when they had space mountain down for its major refurb where they gutted everything and it took I think 2 years to have it the way it is now.

Didn't have a camcorder then, so only a few photos and memories. Would like to see it again but looking forward to what they might do to Spectro while its not running. (If anything! Hope they repair everything and add something)

I have never seen MSEP so I'm looking forward to seeing it! I love Spectro but I've seen it so many times now I know the order things come in so I'm looking forward to something new

When I visited the World for the first time as a child I watched MSEP for the first time and it's tune became a very nostalgic memory, I was very glad to take home as an LP. So I am really glad to hear this melody again during my next visit however I liked SM.

I haven't truly seen MSEP but I am very attached to Spectro. Im sad to see it's not going to be there for our trip in 2 WEEKS. I have to music for both downloaded onto a CD for my vehicle so I will still have the music of spectro. I also have spectro and my ringtone

Spectromagic was great. The music and effects=fantastic! I've been to
Disneyland twice but I don't remember Electrical Parade. The music is
definitely recognizeble though(not a bad thing) This classic piece from
Disneyland will most likely be great for a couple months' change on the
Magic Kingdom's magical nights. Truthfully, I'm excited!

We saw Spectromagic on out first night at WDW last September.....I have seen it before but it was DH's 1st time and it totally creeped him out!

I love Spectro

Since the very first time I saw Spectro, many years ago-it scared my young ones, I loved the parade. I was sad when they "toned down the character"of the parade. I was hoping to see it this Dec. when visiting the World again. Hopefully, Spectromagic won't be gone for to long a time. :shrug::sohappy:

I grew up watching MSEP at WDW, but Spectro is my all-time, absolute favorite parade. Went to tape it last night, I know it'll be back, but I just had to. But like others said, it's really Spectro's beautiful music that makes me so attatched. They could change most of the floats and I wouldn't care, but as long as I still get to hear that music on Main Street.

I am looking forward to the new parade....Will miss Spectro but think everything needs a change every now and then.

We really like Spectro...but if I had my choice, I'd choose MESP every time! There's just something special about that synth music and those classic floats that really strike a chord with me.

I think it often comes down to 'what was yoru first?'...for my family and I it's the MESP and it just defines the Magic Kingdom for us.
