Will DCA be a Complete, Well Rounded and Full Day Park after the New Rides Open?

  • Yes

  • No, it will still need another major family attraction/ dark ride or two

  • No, it still needs at least another coaster

  • No, it needs a couple more attractions with heart like the stuff over in Fantasyland

  • No, it needs 1-2 more quality well themed lands on the Simba Lot

  • No, it needs a Transpo ride like the Train, Twain or Main Street Vehicles (RIP Red Car Trolley)

  • Two or more of the above (please explain)

  • Nothing they feasibly do can make it a full day park in my eyes

  • It already is a Complete, Well Rounded and Full Day park

  • Other (please explain)

Undoubtedly, it will be on Multi-pass. I just am strongly betting against SP.
Could be right, but they seem to want to put their marquee attractions on SP, and no doubt they would consider Avatar a marquee attraction. So that is why I would bet that Avatar will be the third marquee on that list after Rise and RSR.

Not when both Avengers rides will be on it too. Avatar likely goes MLL to maintain SLL on Stark labs and Avengers

Why would Stark be on SP? Its not likely to be considered a "marquee" attraction, that would be Infinity Defense its big brother in the same building. So I would find it less likely for Stark to be on SP.

Also its not like they can't have more than one attraction on SP in a Park. I mean just look at MK which has both 7DMT and Tron on SP. The whole idea is to put the most popular marquee attractions on SP. So no reason why they can't also have Avatar on SP just because either (or both) Stark or Infinity Defense is also on SP.

I assume Stark will be SLL due to its abysmal capacity.
Someone can correct me, but almost all SL attractions are 1500/hr+ capacity. Not huge numbers in all cases, but also not low capacity either. So capacity seem to be less of a determining factor for SL in my opinion, it seems to about the most popular marquee attractions. And Stark I don't think would fit that bill in my opinion.

One thing I didn't see in the poll, but I'd really like to see more of at DCA is a land one can get the feeling of almost being lost in, like New Orleans Square, Knockturn Alley, or Mysterious Island.

That may be delivered in some form via Pandora or Coco, I'd love to see Coco's surroundings get a chance to do that for an otherwise iconic, but not quite immersive Pixar-Paradise Pier

You open Stark 3-6 months before ID and SP it for that time or until demand drops.

Aren’t SP’s usually in the $25-$35 range? Who in their right mind would pay that pp for a kuka arm on a conveyor belt?

Yes, and you'd be surprised plenty would, especially for a new attraction.

But I actually don't think it'll be on SP anyways. Infinity Defense would be of the two, which makes the most sense. No reason why both would be.

Sure maybe for a like a few days or a week.

Thanks, but I don't even think it'll be on it a week. I just know that if it was someone would pay for it, especially being a new attraction.

But as I said Stark's is not likely to be on SP at all in my opinion. Its bigger brother next door in the same building will be the one on SP.

Oh I agree that attraction will never have SP. I’m guessing it was a joke by whoever said that originally.

It seems like it would be the easiest to open with the minimal theming and warehouse look. Best to make money off that ride while it's the shiny new toy.
Lots of assumptions in that statement.

That assumes they would want to open them separately and not open them together, which we can't assume. Also that assumes that want to have Stark initially with SP just to take it off later when Infinity Defense comes online, which again we can't assume.

Um, yeah, it's speculation. If Disney could open one of the two attractions if the other one wasn't ready and charge people, they will do it.

If they had the SP when MF:SR opened, they would have used it and people would have paid it. Now, this ride isn't in the same league hype wise as MF:SR, but Disney will do it if there is staggered opening dates.

Not at $25-$35 pp outside of the first week or so by content creators and the biggest die hards. They wound have to slash those prices at any point after that.

My assumption is that Disney, at least internally, still views DCA as the teen/adult park- hence the alcohol sales and emphasis on thrill rides. And why the hold Grand Nite there now.
It's odd. Part of Disney seems to have DCA skew adult. But all the ads say "Disneyland Resort" and show families/kids. Then again the Disney ads almost always show land instead of DCA.
