Which pizza to order at Via Napoli?

Hello fellow Disney food addicts! In just 4 weeks I will be heading to the World w/a free dining pin. I already have my ADRs set and one is at Via Napoli. We have never eaten here before. I LOVE pizza and can't wait to eat GOOD pizza at Disney (hate the counter service stuff). But I'm also a very picky eater. The crazy pizzas at Via Napoli look delicious but some just aren't for me. My boyfriend is a quite adventurous eater so splitting a larger pizza is out of the question. I've pretty much got 2 options I'm weighing right now

Quattro Formaggi. Mozzarella, Parmesan, Fontina, Provolone.

Margherita. Tomato, mozzarella, basil.

Yes both are super plain, I know. But I love Cheese and thats about it on my pizza. Pepperoni if I'm feeling a little something extra but I usually end up picking off a lot of that too. I do like white pizza (usually it comes with tomatoes and I do eat those!) and I like traditional pizza. Both look amazing.

The answer I'd love to hear is "oh they will let you do half one and half the other on an individual pizza." I don't think thats true but I'd love to hear it.

So those of you who have been there...eaten one or both pizzas. Please help. The options is one or the other. No other pizzas, no getting counter service of one, no eating there twice  So please help me out...which one to choose? 4 cheese or Margherita?

[Also any suggestions on the desserts there would be greatly appreciated!]

Thank you all in advance!

I like just cheese on my pizza. When I went, I got the Quattro Formaggi and I thought it was absolutely superb. I know the guys would have preferred a meat topping but I hadn't realized you could split it half/half, so next time I'll know. I thought the four cheese though was just about perfect. I like very little-to-no sauce on mine and the Margherita I felt was WAY too much sauce/not anywhere near enough cheese ratio for me.

So my personal choice was the four cheese.

I personally liked the Prosciutto e melone, but it sounds like the half Quattro Formaggi and half Margherita would be the way to go for you.

As for the desserts, the zeppole was excellent.

I might try this place just because it's supposedly the best pizza in town. Of course, I'm close to NYC and that's where the best pizza is. I guess I'll do the counter service "slice" option.

Don't waste your time. The counter service stuff is not the same as what is served in the sit down restaurant.

I've heard this from several different people..including on here. How big are the pies? I will only be traveling with one other person and I doubt we will be able to take down a whole pie. Unless they have a medium?

Half and half it is! You guys just eased a huge frustration on what to get there. Crazy I know but I think about what I'm going to order so that Im prepared. I am a picky eater so before I made ADRs I always check the menus a bunch of times and look at pictures too to make sure I order the right thing. I guess I'm OCD about food in Disney. I like to be prepared!

Thanks all!

Another vote for the Quatro Formagio! We had it in January and it was awesome! My husband and I split the individual. That along with a shared appetizer was plenty of food for us (although I probably could have stuffed down more pizza )!

Oh snap! Everywhere I turn I run into this buzz about Via Napoli. I have all of our ADRs booked and the itinerary set for our August trip and no matter how hard I try I just can't find a spot for this and also can't eliminate anything we have. They don't happen to do pizzas to go, do they? That would be fabulous! Or, any idea if that takeout window will be open in August, I know it's kind of a seasonal thing. I just really want to have some good pizza while in Disney, we are pizza lovers!:slurp:

I just don't want to go to Disney and spend one of my dinners at a glorified Bertucci's, you know?
If its just a glorifed Bertucci's I think I'll pass. I am spoiled by NY style pizza around me. Not sure if anyone has heard of Pepe's or Sally's in New Haven, just 10 minutes away. Maybe I should stay away from Via Napoli afterall. Or just grab a slice at the takeout window if it's open.

Just to be clear, I've never been there. I'm just trying to find out if its like a bertucci's or not.
