We will be arriving at WDW on July 4th. Which park do you suggest going to to watch the best July 4th show? We know they will all be crowded but wondered which would be worth fighting crowds for. Thanks for any help you can give us.

Hmm though one, I would think MK is going to be exceptionally packed. I don't know if Epcot would be any better. However, with the whole colonial feel that America in world show case, I think that would be cool. That being said I think for me anyway, it would depend on who would be going with me, kids etc....Whichever you chose, I would plan on sticking to that one park all day and getting there pretty much when the park opens to ensure (or at least as best you can) that you will be able to get in, before the park fills to capacity.

But either way, enjoy your 4th in the world!

Enjoy your trip. I have not been there on the 4th but I would think Epcot would be the best chance to get into the park and see the fireworks. It all depends how big the crowds are this year.

We've been in WDW for several July 4ths. Sadly not this one for the first time in years!!:(

But we usually spend the day in DHS. Last year however it was PACKED>..I think the secret was let out. AND last year the fireworks show at DHS was a huge disappointment. Probably not much longer than 5 minutes and we weren't alone in wondering what the heck?!!?!? Everybody stood there looking around expecting more. :ROFLOL:And there was no more...it just came to a quick pathetic end.

One year we were in EPCOT and it was crowded, but manageable. MK is horrible on the 4th. If you want to be in a park, I would definitely suggest Epcot or DHS.

EPCOT shows Illuminations with a special red, white, and blue, extra July 4th add on.

Have a great time,

On the 4th

Last year I was there for the 4th. It was HOT and CROWDED:hammer: everywhere. I found though, that the view for MK fireworks was great at the Grand Floridian. After fireworks, the electrical water pagent goes by, very cool! Here's another good tip - take one of the ferry boats from any MK resort to another (GF to WL is good) and you can see the whole show, although they might stop the boats for the 4th fireworks. ENJOY:wave:

I would think that any of the Disney Parks you choose to go to will have fantastic fireworks (except of course none at AK). Be sure you pick your park tho and go early!

In the past yrs we have been in MK, Epcot & DHS for the 4th of July. MK has the best fireworks!! Epcot show case was also good. DHS was a so so show.

The parks will be paked no matter how you look at it, be there early, drink alot of water and find a good spot.
