EPCOT all the way here, with Magic Kingdom a very close second.
Why EPCOT?
Well, i will admit much nostalgia comes into play, but regardless of the shortcomings in some areas and the character overlays i still find myself spending the most time in that Park then all the others at WDW. It still stimulates my mind in a good way, though of course not as it once did in it's original 80s glory.
It still inspires....and still gives a sense of self-empowerment, but you really have to look a little deeper now. So much candy-floss coating has been slathered on some things that the original noble-ness of the place has suffered a little. Longtime EPCOT fans will know what i am talking about...
Still, i love EPCOT. It is 'home' to me when i am in town.
Magic Kingdom is my other 'home'...and that is where i like to play. Lots of wonderful areas and themes, and all the great classic attractions. Fab entertainment, and of course home of the famous Dole Whip..yum.
Over the years DAK has grown on me considerably, but i am seeing it with different eyes then most Guests. At one time i was not a fan of the Park in any respect. This was before Asia was developed and it truly was a painfully obvious half-day experience. These days however i love getting lost in that Park just soaking up the enviroment. Previously i was going in there looking at it from a different perspective...just looking at it from a rides/attraction perspective...and missing the creative purpose of that Park, and the true 'attraction' of the place. The main attraction is the richly themed enviroments, but you have to get off of the beaten trail most Guests take to fully see that and get a taste of the intended scope.
Now that i have done this, i always look forward to spending open-to-close there at DAK at least one day when i am in town. The Park still needs some additons, and hopefully what is on the horizon will bear fruit and add some much needed additional diversions.
DHS is my least fave of the WDW Parks. I have had a very love/hate relationship with that Park since it first opened. I visited shortly after it opened and was dismayed at the lack of attractions and the over abundance of shops and snack places. It just felt 'wrong' to me for a DIsney Theme Park. Over the years it has improved, but then it slid back to the bottom for me when the actual functioning studio elements were phased out and removed...exspecially the closure of the FL Animation Studio. Now it seems a empty shell of what it once was...but that is again coming from someone seeing it with different eyes. It is very much a jumble of different things to me. I am not a 'thrill ride' person by any means, so have never ridden what most Guests consider the flagship attractions TOT and RnRC. I suppose if i had, i might view DHS differently...but besides the great live entertainment, Star Tours, and the GMR, there is little to attract me to visit now.
