Earlier today, MarineTraffic.com showed the Fantasy as "in transit", but now it's listed as "anchored/moored". Has the Fantasy left Germany for shakedown yet? If not, when does it hit the open water?

I missed this yesterday! It's not in transit yet. The first official cruise is the end of March so it's got a while. It will probably arrive for the preview cruises early March.
The shipyard has a webcam with it still there. I'll find the link...

This webcam is more like web shots and the view is updated weekly. The float out date is January 7th according to the shipyards website:

I'll have to go look for the dates, etc. but there's a group of DCL fans who are planning a big welcome party for when the Fantasy makes her stop in NYC before sailing down to PC. I'm hoping to watch her grand arrival in PC via the webcam. The Dream welcome was so cool! Tracey was totally amazed at how many people were there cheering as she sailed in the first time.
Any chance the float out will be streamed live?

That's a good question! I seem to remember video of the Dream float out, but I don't remember if it was live.
