Let’s get coupons! $2 per person is $2 per person! The little ones also make great bookmarks. 😂

Two off my fav photos so far. Why? I LOVE brochures -- ANY brochures from ANYWHERE! :joyfull: (When I was up in NH last week, I grabbed a bunch of them. Hubs never understands my fascination with tourist brochures. :hilarious: Then again, he also never understands my love of historical plaques from all over the world. :p )

When I was a kid and we drove places on vacations I loved getting the brochures and maps for anything that looked interesting to me. I still like brochures and maps but now I just don't hang onto them for very long.

We also walked over to the Moonshine Mountain Coaster. Bit of a hike, but well worth it.

You’re towed up a hill on your sled, and then once at the top, you push down on the side handles to release the brakes. You can reach speeds of up to 30 mph if you don’t engage the brakes. I was 29.something both times.

On Mike’s first ride through, he used the brakes in the corkscrew part, so he was only 26.something. He was afraid he was going to go flying off the track … and me, I was kind of hoping to fly off. 😂😂

$10 per digital download. I only bought one of the four pics.

As you can see, he was faster on his second ride. 28.92. Faster, but still not 29. Just saying.

And yes, that’s a water bottle in his pocket.

We bought the all day park pass. A single trip ticket is $32.95 per person. Unlimited is $34.95 per person. We went up and down the SkyLift five times. I went across the SkyBridge five times (once was enough for Mike), we did the SkyTrail, hung out on the SkyDeck, and climbed the Tulip Tower. (Spoiler alert - a plaque pic is upcoming for @MinnieM123.)

There was a very bouncy suspension bridge leading to the tower, and I didn’t see the no bouncing sign, so I might have been bouncing a little. Mike gave me heck. Not because I was breaking the rules, but because I was freaking him out.

He made me take this pic afterward.

I loved this tree. I have numerous pics of it from various angles. 😂

Okay dinner pics. We went to Longhorn’s. I was REALLY looking forward to this because the last one we went to in Dunedin was OUTSTANDING! This one was good, but not great. The steak was wildly overdone and quite thin. The flavour was there, so I wouldn’t have dreamed of complaining.

Salads and bread.
My salad was excellent. I can’t speak to the bread.

2 ribeyes, both supposed to be medium. Mike got the mac ‘n cheese, I got the Brussels sprouts. I promptly switched steaks with him seconds after snapping the photo. (His was fattier. Yeah, yeah, I know it’s not ladylike to like meat fat. 🤷🏼‍♀️)

We stopped at Publix for a case of beer and a case of water. On the way back to the truck, I passed this fire hydrant, and thought holy heck, it looks like he’s wearing a helmet.

@JenniferS -- I'm loving your TR!!! (Thank you for my plaque. 🥰 ) All the activities you guys did yesterday are right up my alley. Those types of mountain coasters are a blast. I've been on a few between here (MA) and one up in NH. I understand Mike slowing down a little bit in some spots, because you do feel like you could jump the track in some sections. Oh, I loved the Skybridge,, too!

I think I would have tried the bridge.
I know I would, in fact I am thinking about maybe making a little trip just for that. I saw a funny TV prank where they painted what looked like a massive number of cracks in the surface to see what people would do. Many just ignored it and walked on it anyway. Others turned and ran back. It's not really glass and is stronger then most woods used to build pedestrian pathways. It seems like a good way to short out the connection between the brain and the optic nerves or a thrill with no danger.
