I quit colouring my hair almost 5 years ago. The grow out stage was horrible … far worse than if I had just let the pepper embrace the salt gradually over those years.

I go back now and look at pics of those 6-7 years that I was colouring regularly, and think how flat, lifeless, and unnatural the dye looks. (And no, I didn’t dye at home. I spent $70 every 6 or so weeks at the salon.)

I acknowledge that each person, man or woman, feels differently about their hair. Me, I couldn’t care less. Ditching the dye was liberating. Almost empowering. Yes, it instantly aged me 10 years, but I was passing for 10 years younger anyway, so now I look my age.
I dyed my hair once in my 20s to see what it would look like. I loved the color, but I HATED what it did to my hair. And I never dyed it again. Now I can't dye it anyway because I grow out my hair and donate it every 3-4 years to an organization that makes wigs for women or children with cancer, alopecia, etc. You can't donate dyed hair, so I try to take really good care of it. I don't wash it every day so I don't strip the natural oils and stuff from it, I don't use a bunch of product in it, and I let it air dry 95% of the time. I want whoever gets my hair to have a really nice wig that will last them. E donates hers as well. I could have donated this year, but decided to wait because I want to have long hair at Disney so it's easier to tie back. I donated one year just a few months before Disney, so my hair wasn't long enough to put in a ponytail or anything and it was WAY too hot. Lesson learned. Grow the hair out and tie it back in a braid or put it in a bun every day....it stays cooler and you don't have to style it. Then chop it off AFTER Disney.

Does he not realize that by trying to ruin Disney, he's actually ruining a MAJOR revenue generator for the state in terms of taxes and tourism, and also killing the employment rate? Does he WANT to ruin Florida's economy out of spite??

He is educated, but not particularly bright! Also quite self-involved and evil. He thinks everyone agrees with him. I have spent the last forty years of my life loving Florida (at least in the winter) and spending more money than I care to think about, but until Florida goes back to being part of a democracy, I have absolutely no desire to return. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

He realizes that since he can't run for re-election in Florida, he no longer needs to do any amount of good for Florida, and can instead actively sabotage it if it bolsters his political standing on the national level. He's using Florida as a push-off point for his broader, selfish career. He doesn't care about Florida.

Enough of this. Let's focus on having a Happy Easter. Correct @The Mom?

His marriage took place at the wedding pavilion at Grand Floridian but refused to pose for pictures with Mickey and Minnie but his wife side of the family are true Disney fanatics. He did support the Mouse in that regard😉 WDW is truly a place where dreams come true.
