I've been having issues all week with my allergies. Sneezy, itchy eyes, irritated throat....it feels like I'm coming down with a cold, but then it never really materializes. It seems to be worst in the mornings. I've been taking my allergy pills, but they can't eliminate it completely.
I got home from the wedding at 9am today... i had planned to just wake up at 9, but my biological clock said differently. But that just meant an earlier start to the trip.
We pulled out at 10:21 am. Right now we are in Illinois. We are taking a different route than normal, which is supposed to save us about 10 minutes. We are driving down past St. Louis instead of the middle of the state.
I drove the first couple hours, then I switched with my dad when we stopped at a rest area. We are thinking about going to Ringgold, GA, but we aren't sure yet.

Still. Haven’t. Opened.We’re getting close. The pricing meeting is tomorrow. I’m not involved in that.
In the meantime, I keep stringing people along, trying to keep them excited. The fact that I’ll have starting prices approx $70K less than the competition should help.
On the other hand, we will not be co-operating (ie - paying Realtors and Brokers) so that will cut into our buyer pool a bit.
This is just a “soft opening”. The Grand Opening with all the advertising hype will happen in the fall. Hopefully we’ll have had a few interest rate adjustments by then. The Bank of Canada reduced their rate for the first time in more than four years last week, so at least things are trending in the right direction.

At least you're an experienced seller, and I know you'll pull rabbits out of hats, and make up for lost time!! And since you like hotter weather, you might enjoy this time of year to be working at the job location, for the Soft Opening.
So you weren't driving that semi?
