We’re getting close. The pricing meeting is tomorrow. I’m not involved in that.
In the meantime, I keep stringing people along, trying to keep them excited. The fact that I’ll have starting prices approx $70K less than the competition should help.
On the other hand, we will not be co-operating (ie - paying Realtors and Brokers) so that will cut into our buyer pool a bit.
This is just a “soft opening”. The Grand Opening with all the advertising hype will happen in the fall. Hopefully we’ll have had a few interest rate adjustments by then. The Bank of Canada reduced their rate for the first time in more than four years last week, so at least things are trending in the right direction.
