Falling on ice and through the ice brings me bad memories. When I was a teenager our class took a bus to Washington DC to march in the annual Right to Life protest. I was walking on a frozen pond that I thought was frozen.I grew up in a one car household, and my dad took it to work. We walked everywhere too.
