Snow is lovely at night after everyone is safely home from work, tucked in for the evening … slowly drifting down from the sky, blanketing the brown grass, pillowing the trees’ sad naked branches, muffling the cacophony from the streets and traffic below.

The next morning, it just plain old sucks.

I'm glad you put that last sentence in other wise I was about to ask you what color pills your taking.
