Jeans for the guys, a replacement hand mixer (mine died just as I started cooking Monday) and a I Need My Space (NASA) hat for dh. I'm done Christmas shopping so just some things needed although I'll probably wrap the jeans and hat

There’s a ton of stuff I need for the new apartment, but no spare cash, so it will have to wait.
Ahhhh, the joys of commissioned sales, delayed closings, and Builders who take months and months to pay.
My lease starts a week today, so I think Mike and I will drive up next weekend to pick up the keys, drop off a few things, and measure for window coverings. I’m not moving officially until February sometime.
If I’d been able to get it furnished and my lease didn’t prohibit it, I would have Airbnb’d it for a few months to cut my losses. Double

I got my house back in order including getting furniture moved so we can decorate next week. We watched The Muppets Christmas Carol, James finished his shopping online with my card
My house is going to be super clean and I'll not have to shovel snow this winter
That said I'm proud he shopped small businesses and on sale. I took inventory of my pantry so I can pick up the last of the baking supplies tomorrow. Yea all I need is baker's chocolate and chocolate chips, I swear I should have had more in the pantry I pulled my holiday outfits out of storage. Conquered Mount Laundry. Then we watched Jingle All the way. Aren't you glad you asked
I went to my brother's house to help him put up his outdoor Christmas lights this morning. Then this afternoon, I've just been lounging around. I haven't had a "do nothing" day in a long time.

I finished the outside lights on Friday. Yesterday I put up the trees (still need to decorate them) and helped my neighbor with his outside lights…
