Up until recently I considered myself a pretty strong Disney Park fan. I spent all my spare time on my computer pulling up site after site related to WDW or Disneyland, I attended local WDW fan get together meeting at our local Disney Store in Raleigh, I made at least yearly trips to WDW driving from Vermont, sometimes more often, but you passed my theme park tolerance level right after 4 days. Maybe it is because I started much later. I was 35 on my first visit. I am however, in awe of how you can do that day after day after day and never lose interest. Sorry, you have to leave, but I'm pretty sure you will be back.I can't believe tomorrow is our last day already. While it seems like a while since I've been home, I'm also not ready to go back.
When you're on a longer trip like this, it almost feels like it becomes just daily habits and routines. I'm going to miss being able to walk around the resort or try new foods. I'm going to miss the smells and ambiance. I'm going to miss being with family 24/7 (yes, you heard me right).
I could stay here for a month and be happy.
I'm starting to think that I must be quite like some of those ADD kids you run across in school. I'm easily distracted (squirrel) and get bored quickly and start looking for something new. Glad you are having a good time. Anyone that is teaching the most important part of education, the very start, that can set the kids on a path that makes them enjoy and want to learn more has my support.
I know that when my daughters started school, two years apart, they ended up with the same first grade teacher and both of them strived to learn, both were always at the top of their class through elementary and high school, both got large scholarships, one to Colorado College in Colorado Springs and the other at Tulane University in New Orleans. The second one went on to get her masters degree in business. It certainly wasn't from following my example, but I strongly feel that it was because they had such a positive start. You deserve the good time, you and every other teacher. Enjoy!!
