Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

We are in the 6-9 inch range for Wednesday night through Friday. Surrounding areas are at 12 inches. Friday's windchill is supposed to be -25. Quite the storm.

Looks like that's our forecast now too. I guess it has moved a bit north to cover us now. We'll be done with school after Wednesday so that's fine. Is your school preparing to not have school on Thursday? Those kiddos need their Christmas/Holiday parties! About 7 years ago our school had a snow day on the last day before break and I felt bad for all the kiddos, even the high schoolers that were looking forward to their holiday festivities.

For those who haven’t heard, @TheMouseFan family lost their sweet Lily in a tragic auto accident yesterday. My heart breaks for them, their extended family and friends who knew and loved Lily. I had the pleasure of meeting Amy and her gang several years ago at WDW and have enjoyed reading all @TheMouseFan trip reports.

I’m sure they would appreciate all prayers during this sad time. The family is taking a break from social media.

Update: I sent a message out saying if you signed up to bring treats on Thursday, send them tomorrow if you're able to. We haven't called off yet, but I said I would like to do treats tomorrow just in case.

We're doing Polar Express Pajama Day tomorrow anyway, so we can just tie the treats in.

Awww....how sad for him. Imagine not being able to smell things like baking cookies or bread, or the pine trees!!! All those homey, wintery scents!
I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or don't get the reference - so at risk of being obnoxious and explaining it I'm going to explain it!

It's referencing the childhood jingle bells ripoff "Jingle bells, Batman smells, Robin laid an egg...Batmobile lost its wheel and Joker got away".

Feels like winter has been going on for months. Tomorrow is our third snow day of the year, and it's not even Christmas. We've had three snow days in three weeks.

Our kiddos got done an hour early today, it cut into their holiday activities but they had a good time with what they got to do. We had our 3 snow days last week. Did your students get all their holiday activities in today then?

I had planned for Polar Express Day today, then our Winter Party tomorrow. So I merged some of the activities together. We had the treats from our Winter Party today, in addition to Polar Express. We didn't do any of the games, but that's honestly okay because my patience was not there with how my kids were behaving today. To say it lightly, they're a handful on a normal day, and today was even crazier. I did send home a couple things we were going to do tomorrow, in case they want to do them at home.

I hear you...my 7th graders this year...oh boy they are something else.
