Yesterday was Chinese New Years but we were on the road to visit our college freshman daughter in Lynchburg Virginia. Today we wanted to do in person dining at a Chinese Restaurant but the 3 we contacted were take out only. So now we are at Wasabi Japanese Restaurant.

I don't even remember the last restaurant I was in. It was before the shutdowns last spring. The last I can remember was when I went to a local pizza place with some coworker friends. That may have been in February last year? I just remember it was freezing outside.

That looks delicious!! We're in lockdown so all restaurants have to be closed except for takeout or delivery. We're ordering Chinese tonight for Valentines Day.

When it got to -21 I never bothered to look into wind chill. -21 was all I needed to know to figure out that it was inhumanly cold out.
