Looks fairly good except for one thing. Never put cold salad on the same plate with hot, cooked items. That is why they make salad specific bowls. I never really worry about food separation except for that. I don't want salad dressing mingling with my steak, chicken or pork chops. Also why I never use things like A1 or other flavor sauces. Gravy's are subtle, but, to me, there is no sense in having a flavorful steak if all your going to taste is the sauce. You could put the sauce on a piece of bread and it would taste the same and cost a lot less. OK, end of incredibly unimportant rant. Carry on!
