We’re making lots of sacrifices, but hopefully it’s working.

We have it fairly easy - a front porch, a back deck, plenty of groceries, a crap-ton of TP, and bills that are all current. I pray for those who don’t have what we have. They’re the ones making the sacrifice. And I appreciate it.

To the teacher. She was at home on a video call with her students when her domestic partner did something to her and her students witnessed it because they were on the video call.

Our pastoral care pastor’s brother passed away yesterday. Pastor Scott has been a close family friend for 45+ years, as well as the pastor who has grieved with and conducted just about every funeral in our family for decades.

And now, nobody can be there for him. Stupid COVID-19.

I’m not even sure there can be any kind of a funeral for his brother right now. Restrictions are ten people per funeral. If I recall, pastor was one of eight or nine kids growing up.

Back when the final season of House of Cards came out, I started watching. I found it pretty boring halfway through and never finished it. I just started going back to finish it. I remember the characters' faces, but some of the plot escapes me.

If you have a tent, you & Mike should camp out on your back deck or back yard some night when weather is favorable. That might help with the monotony some. Nothing like sleeping under the stars, even if it's just feet from your door, to help relieve stress.

I have, but not in years. Most outdoor rides are better at night. I want to do LwtL at night, but Epcot is never open late enough to do it in the dark anymore.

We rode it in an insane thunderstorm. The rain was so loud it drowned out the narration. Its was really cool.
