I have, but not in years. Most outdoor rides are better at night. I want to do LwtL at night, but Epcot is never open late enough to do it in the dark anymore.

I think my favorite nighttime (outdoor) ride is actually Splash. It's the area up at the top where the log does a slow loop outside -- it's a great view of the sky and everything going on in the park.

I also really enjoy the Peoplemover at night, too, for the fun lights in Tomorrowland. :)

I've done Splash during fireworks. The loop you're talking about was perfect for watching them. It would have still been Wishes at that time.

All looks delish! Is your salad dressing homemade? I'm always looking for a good Caesar recipe.
Funny story about the first time my dad made homemade Caesar dressing. Being of Ukrainian descent, he didn’t know anything about garlic, other than it was the first crop harvested from the garden and it goes on EVERYTHING.

He didn’t realize that a clove was not the same as a bulb. He legit put three whole BULBS in the dressing. We were dripping garlic from every pore for days.

Good thing I went to Catholic school. We were all first generation kids of European immigrants. We all reeked of garlic on the daily.
