We are now at the one hour and thirty minutes delay mark. I am sure my whining is getting tiresome. So guess what? They just cancelled the game. Huh!? We sat here in dry conditions....it is still dry as a bone....but just now they decided the field is " unplayable". Seriously???Wow.....how ironic! Thanks again for keeping me company. This game was my daughter's idea. Her HS friend will be singing the National Anthem....sometime before midnight I'm sure

I'm not a scientist. I'm a school band director......but....I think since your home is so far north compared to mine, in the summer you have longer days than I do? Yet in the winter, I bet it works the other way? We are in the same time zone but in January the sun sets on you sooner than on me?????
I was in Alaska the first week of July. At 11:30pm I would try to get sleepy and the sun was still up.
It was weird!
