So it’s 10:15 and DHS closes at 11. SDD is still a 3 hour wait. ToT 2 hours. How do they handle that? I feel for those CMs.
I'd imagine they have to let those people ride. They probably expected CMs to stay late, so I wouldn't be surprised if they scheduled them for later shifts. I think it's fair for them to close the lines before park closing depending on the length. For example, if it's a 3 hour wait, shut it down 3 hours before park close. Or even 2 hours.

I might have mentioned that my office is closed Sunday and Monday for the Canada Day weekend. I was also told that we were closed today as well, unless I wanted to work.

Because I sold four houses last weekend, I was hemming and hawing right up until Thursday when the boss made the decision for me by giving me a pair of tickets to the Jays game. TD Clubhouse seats no less.

This one is for @MinnieM123, of course.

It was a great day. Due to high temps, the roof was closed and the AC was cranked.

No heat stroke. No sunburn. And a walk off home run in the 9th. Life is good.

As I said - great seats, great day, great game, and then dinner at the Great One’s. (Wayne Gretzky’s Restaurant.)

Considering these are the first substantial carbs I’ve eaten in 3 1/2 months, it’s no wonder I feel bloated and gross. It was all pretty darn delish though. Back on the no-carb train tomorrow.

We were thinking of going to Buffalo overnight, either Sunday/Monday, or Monday/Tuesday. I almost booked a room, but right now I’m not feeling it.

My house is still a tip. I’m still multiple, multiple loads behind on laundry. And there really was no reason to go to the States except that it’s there.

It’s 50/50 whether or not we go.

I’ve been there! Do they still brand the inside of the buns with ”99”?

They did last time we were there. I didn’t notice today.

In all honesty, it looks like Wayne has redirected all of his attention to his new winery/distillery. This place is in need of some TLC, and a bit of menu upgrade. Disney Springs and NYC have turned me into a bit of a food snob.

Today is also my dad’s 60th.

HUUUUUUUUGE surprise party tonight. My uncle invited over 80 people!!! I think he’s exaggerating though.
Congrats to him. I'm starting to feel ancient considering that I'm only 26 days away from being 70. I think that is the magic number that is embedded on some chip or something in the brain that says... Happy I'm alive, but, I don't want to celebrate it for the fear of jinxing it.
